Wells Fargo Bank reviews
9Terrible experience, there wasnt a single banker there, on a thursday, and the two tellers were unwilling to help. Everyone at wells fargo seems more than willing to direct you to thier less-than-functional website, sO hElpFUl
Pam the Branch Manager and Mr Manunga, Personal Banker fit us in on an extremely tight moving across country time schedule. Being a Holiday and having to make an appointment made it challenging. They both went the extra mile to meet our critical banking needs, that couldn’t be done online
Thank you both.
Normally I go in and the gentlemen help me with no issue. I go in once a week for years, routinely. On a very slow day with no one waiting, the teller tells me to come back in 30 minutes when the business teller is there and manager say they weren’t able to accommodate my request for change at all, claiming a change shortage. I get there was a shortage during the beginning of the pandemic, but they’ve been helping me with the same request for months now. Maybe they had something better to do or just didn’t feel like helping. I told them some consistency would be nice and the manager gave me the old “I’ll be sure to inform my staff”. Customer service coaching is needed for manager Jaclyn and teller Cameron. Good service is becoming harder to find. Avoid this location if possible.
Great service. I had to make a last minute wire transfer on a Friday afternoon. Didn't know I needed to make an appointment and they were booked until close. The manager was able to squeeze me in to get the job done. Jennifer K.helped me while she was handling many other clients. Super friendly and had a great attitude. Thank you!
After having an account at this branch for 30 years, it feels really gratifying to wait in the drive through line for twenty minutes (there were three cars in line), two days ago. Today - fifteen minutes before closing, the associates at my branch are too busy to asnwer the phone?
Even with online inforation, I had a specific question, I needed an answer to regarding my account. Thanks for the unacceptable customer service at the Sarnoff and Broadway location in Tucson!
Carlos Ibarra was great. He is a compassionate consummate professional that ensured we were well taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you Carlos.
Horrible, Horrible. First appointment attempt their system went down, ok no problem. Made another appointment, that was confirmed with worker the morning of to ensure appointment time. When we arrive we were told they double booked, sorry can't help you. We live 30 min from location. Taking out business elsewhere.
Close all the branches during the hottest time of the year and make us sit in the drive-thru? No easy way to deposit money and open new accounts like this! I’m happily moving my accounts to Navy Federal!
I was in the branch the day the government released the order for the paycheck protection program. The branch was already handing out letters to get me out of their store. Here it is 3 weeks later and they emailed me to tell me I may or may not be in queue because of the line of people in front of me. Wow all I can say is when this covid19 blows over my banking will be moved to an establishment that cares about me as a small business owner that cares about his employees
