Wells Fargo Bank reviews
5Very disappointed with the service from wells fargo. I was told my credit card was very old and that instead of 1% cash back I can get 2%. I recently ran a large sum through that card in the past 2 months and have been with WF for decades! Over 20 years.after being bounced from dept to dept.spoke to 6 people on the phone. I was told they would not give me the points. I was told there was a banner on the website that introduced the new points credit card.so if you don't log on line you wont know they have a better credit card? Horrible experience.moving to a credit union that would have at the very least offered me some of the points I missed out on.
I went to the Power and McDowell Wells Fargo location today and was treated SO poorly. I have banked with Wells Fargo for years and the lack of respect I was shown today makes me want to bank elsewhere. They were not understanding of my situation at all and all they cared about was making it through the line. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted.
Best customer service from staff members. Very friendly and willing to help with your banking needs.
Waited for 10 minutes needing help with my business account and ended up having to walk out since no one came up to me even after 2 employees passed by twice. Really bad experience from a bank that I’ve been with for 15 years
Loved dealing with Paul at the red mountain branch, but hate that you cannot call the branch directly to talk to him personally. It’s like jumping through hoops to get where you want in the automated customer service call. My husband opened a new account and has been waiting over two weeks for his credit card. He is very frustrated with WF. His old bank allowed to call directly to a branch representative. He’s about ready to cancel with WF.
