3 STRIKES YOUR OUT. Every time we order from this particular Wendy's, the wait time is extremely extensive along with them always messing up our order. Why advertise dipping sauces if you don't give them out? Today they forgot a baked potato and a large fry. We called and they said they don't have baked potatoes, yet I was charged for one. Said they could subsistute it with fries instead of telling us initially and issuing a refund. Horrible staff and distrustworthy

Chicken nuggets were stale and clearly reheated in a microwave. Cheeseburgers were cold, inedible, and gross. Chicken was so so and we had to wait for all this cold food. Never will come back. And the big kicker is the food is overpriced.

The management, especially the manager are the most pleasant I have ever had at a restaurant. They felt like family and we kidded around with them. It was a very enjoyable lunch and management did everything the same with the other customers.

They got my order wrong THREE TIMES.
The first time was over the mobile app for Door Dash delivery.

So, I physically went up to the restaurant and while I was there they re-made my order twice and got it wrong both times for a total of 3 times. The last time I just walked out and thanked them. Sweet employees, but completely incompetent.

Terrible! They took every single drive thru leaving me waiting by the register for 11 min. Now they are arguing loud with each other. Any mangers this took place between 3: 45-3: 55pm 6/22. Horrible service.

Is just sad to see one of my favorites places in my neighborhood going down, food still good but can of old obviously cooked at least an hour before served, I went to get just chicken nuggets and French fries my granddaughters favorite, I went through the drive thru when I got there was only one car in front of me and I noticed there were no cars parked in the parking lot I wondered if the place was closed but the car in front of me was still by the ordering speaker so I stayed on line it was taking to long and I was about to go but another car got on line so I couldn't go anywhere, finally the car in front moved and I moved to the ordering spot, service was not good at all when I got to the pick-up window I saw 3 employees one cooking one taking orders and payments and then 3rd one passing food by the counter, they were working very very slow. I was there 30 minutes to get 20 pieces of chicken nuggets fries and a soda. This was on a Sunday lunch time, nuggets and fries were old not the quality it used to be

Took an HOUR to get through the drive through with only two cars ahead of me! Ordered a large meal and received a small. Didn’t complain because after waiting so long I just wanted to leave. This location is horrible! Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

I waited in line for a half hour. They were serving only 2 people at a time and she wasn't nice when I asked her what is taking soooo long! Then I get home and there was no bacon on my jbc! I wont be going there anymore

Here is the way my visit went at the drive thru. Them: may I help you? Me: Can I please get a number 1 combo, Daves double, large size with a Diet Coke? (Thinking this would be enough information to enter an order. I was mistaken.) Them: Number 1, do you want that in a combo? Me: Yes please. Them: was that a double? Me: Yes. Them: Is medium ok? Me: No I wanted large please. Them: What do you want to drink? Me: (frustrated by now) Diet Coke please. Them: Our soda fountain is broke we have blah blah. Me: How about an unsweet iced tea? Them: Ice tea? Me: Yes. Them: Sweet tea? Me: No unsweet please. Them: Ok so I have a number 1 double, combo, large with an unsweet tea? Me: Yes. The next two combos ordered went the same way. Finally got my order 25 minutes later. I had to ask them to return my debit card and give me straws. After all of that I should have checked the bag before I left the window, but they forgot to include the fries. I had to turn around go inside and ask for the missing fries. They basically grunted at me while shoving the fries in my general direction. Not even a sorry about forgetting part of your order and wasting even more of your time. The chicken on one of the combos was not only cold it was hard.like couldn't eat it rock hard. The fries and burgers were cold and soggy. In a labored effort to try an end this by saying some thing positive my second choice ice tea was unsweet, cold and refreshing. Great job on the tea guys.

Ordered Biscuits And Gravy This Morning. More Like Soup I Have Never Known Gravy To Be This Watery. As Long As I Sat And Waited This Is What You Serve? !? ! No Pepper On The Gravy This Looks Gross! I Had Ordered A Large Lemonade He Tried To Be Slick And Gave Me A Medium. I Asked The Lady She Said No This Is Medium. Guess I Should Of Checked The Raitings Before I Came

I went twice over the past month. Both times their drink machines were totally out and they were out of ketchup, and went painfully slowly. They had like 8 people working there just standing around, almost no customers so I have no idea what kept them from doing their jobs.

I showed up at 11: 30 at night and there's people still in the Drive-Thru but nobody bothered to even help us or say they're closed or nothing the lights were all still on and the menu lights were still on very I drove a long ways and gas prices are $5 a gallon don't appreciate it.

I wasn’t sure if Wendy’s had breakfast. I looked online and it showed they did! I went in for two items that sounded good, the breakfast baconator and the chicken croissant. It was there at 9: 08 AM restaurant opens at nine. I was told at the drive-through window they were out of sausage. She did an offer alternatives like how about an extra egg or extra bacon. She only said “is that OK? ” She did apologize. After waiting eight minutes from the time that I ordered to the time I handed payment it was eight minutes. Not so fast food? Then she said “we can’t print receipts is that OK? ” I really hope they do a better job at ordering and getting the restaurant ready at opening hours. The baconator sandwich (minus the sausage) was still very good it has a very tasty sauce. The food here is not the complaint. I do positive reviews also, but this one I had to post in hopes management might do a better job at training for Opening service.

Horrible food, hope I don't get sick. Apple pecan salad had a bad flavor and did not have 1 pecan in it. Could not eat even half. Bf hamburger had 1 piece of bacon, over $7.00. Medium fry looked like a sad excuse for a small.

She might good people and fun but when you order the biscuits and gravy which is one of my favorite we have to make sure that you get plastic silverware and enough applicants to eat it cuz they will forget who put it in the bag unless you double check them cuz they say yeah yeah and then you look at it's gone after you've already gone around the other side out of the drive-thru it's irritating

Someone smashed out the entrance door window. It was crazy, but the way the staff treated this particular customer I can hardly blame them for smashing that door window out. When employees are racist to customers and say the foul language to customers and refuse them service because they're white.that's just wrong. Shame on you Wendy.

I feel bad leaving this review but the other one star reviews are too accurate. The wait time in the drive through is ridiculous, they open late and close early (like at 9pm instead of midnight as shown) and it's consistently like this. I know what it's like to work fast food and it can be hard it times, but not THAT hard. I hope the team there can pull together and make some changes, because this location flat out sucks. Go to the wendys on Greenway instead, they at least keep the drive through line moving there.

This location is HORRIBLE! Service was bad from the start we pulled up told them our order they didn’t even read it back to us not even when they gave us the total, we assumed they got the order correct we get to the second window our drinks are not only the wrong size but also the wrong flavor they give us 2 drinks and three bags of food and tell us to have a nice day I let them know that the order is wrong we ordered 3 biggie bags and only received one and ordered a medium number 7 with a hi c and a medium number 10 now my question is how you give us three bags and only two drinks and get the drink wrong but claim you read order back to us? Doesn’t make sense before I spoke to the manger I told the person at the window about the mess up we ordered 5 drinks which she gave us (and was later yelled at by the manger for giving us the correct drinks) I ask to speak to manager and even the manager with the phony ponytail was rude and didn’t even want to compensate us for her mess up because she was the one who took our order still made us pay for her mess up and didn’t even apologize I will be going to corporate this is ridiculous!

Got two biggie bags with double cheese bacon burger and a crispy chicken but got 2 crispy I didn't realize untill I got home I didn't mind the chicken but my wife not so much totally and I got the speech I have to check every drive thru order they screw you every time!

Racially discriminates when making and serving food. I went in to get my son a meal. They made his order set it aside then served the african american gentlemen his meal (who had irdered well after me.) Also told mr they were out of small lids but handed the other gentlemen a new cup and lid.
