Wendy's, Tempe AZ

#1 - claimed they had no vanilla frostys
#2 - couldn't get a frosty, so tried to get an iced caramel coffee, they said they had no
#3 - they had nothing to drink from the machines.

I don't know if I'm ordering at the wrong time of the day, but their food is always prepared nasty. They shrunk the heck out the frosties too. There's always some mean little broad working drive thru acting as if she hates her customers. Someone needs to remind her that this is where her paycheck comes from. And could they please tell the idiot hispanic kid to remove his earbuds when he's taking orders and the fool telling you he can't hear you.

I ordered food from doordash, I got a combo. I only received the burgers. At first I didn't blame the store. So I went to reordered fries. I didn't receive the correct ones AGAIN, I ordered and payed extra for.

When I tried to call the store (3+ times, I got no response.)

I've never left a review let alone a bad one. I'm a pretty tolerant person, but this is truly terrible service. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Hamburger patties and rolls are getting smaller and thinner. The only thing getting bigger is the price. Gave wrong drink with order. Fries were good. Crispy and hot.

I bought the avocado salad for $8 and got a free large drink by using their mobile app and using an offer on there. It was good. I think it should be more like $6 though.

I went again today and ordered the Cobb salad for $7.99. Not bad. I miss the avocado salad though.

My order never came up after waiting and watching for 10min. The manager touched her face/hair a number of times, handled money, and continued to make multiple order with no gloves. She tried to argue with me she washed he hands which was a bold lie.

Clearly this location forgets about food safety and proper food handling protocols.

I've been craving wendys chicken nuggets and strawberry frosty. I went to the drivethrough at the location on power and ray a few days ago and was treated very poorly. First, i pulled in and had to pull a very heavy branch out of the driveway to avoid scratching my car
i watched 3 cars drive into it in front of me. Then, I couldn't hear the person say one minute and I started to order and he yelled at me. I sat for 5 minutes until he said "ok I'm ready" then he kept telling me I couldn't order a frosty as my drink for my combo. Today, I went to this location and was greeted very nicely and placed my order with no questions and I thanked them in the drivethrough and it was just a pleasant experience. I'll never go back to the power rd location. Thank you for being polite and courteous!

I really like the salad, but the customer service today was not great. I spent at least 5 minutes watching 5 people doing various tasks at a leisurely pace. They saw me but completely ignored me. I had to ask if anyone was working the counter. I would have been happy with "We'll be with you soon" but unfortunately, that did not happen.

Staff were incredibly rude, unhelpful, only talked to eachother. One had a headphone in and completely ignored us at multi-pull requests. Had us wait at the window for about 10 minutes for 1 fountain drink. Very disappointing and a horrible look for Wendy’s and the entire staff at this location

This Wendy's is great. Nice look, nice associates & definitely nice food. I worked at this location 30yrs ago, it was my first job.

Solid Wendys. Sometimes the drive through really backs up but the staff here is always super friendly and the order has never been wrong.

This place has gone downhill.the last few visits have sucked. Giving me iced tea instead of cold brew, taking 20+ to get an order of fries and nuggets, missing items, stale food, and now apparently you can't use the Frosty keytag if you made an app order. Never had that problem in all the years I've bought one. Wendys used to be one of my favorite fast food places but I'll just stick to McDonalds from now on

The food was hot an delicious. The costumer service was friendly but not very intelligent with their own menus an was not helpful. Other then that 3.5 overall service thankyou wendys
