Wendy's, Surprise AZ

It’s GETS very WILD when it busy, we overall do get very slammed during lunch /breakfast peaking hours … Other than I LOVE MY WENDYS 2016 store …

Was quite disappointed. After all that renovation, they didn't improve the service or the equipment. Shame

They have teenagers running this place that have no idea what's going on. Yesterday my husband went through the drive-thru and asked for a biggie bag and upgraded the fries to Baconator fries, the manager said okay and tonight the teenager said no we're not allowed to. Somebody needs to be on the same page. I asked for extra cheese on my Baconator fries and there was no cheese on my Baconator fries. This happens all the time and I'm getting sick and tired of being charged extra for no cheese. This location has had problems for a very long time and nobody seems to even care. They get the orders wrong all the time.

Food was hard as a rock. I couldn't eat the chicken sandwich.and that's chicken! Yucky

Purchased an english muffin, bacon, egg and cheese today for the 2nd time. 1st time it was great. This time it was horrible. The top part of the english muffin was totally soaked in the greasy "buttery" spread so much that I had to throw it away. I managed to eat the rest but will not be ordering this again.

Everything was awful, cold, no sauce that we ordered was included, the fries were both half filled, the burger was gross, the nuggets were dry and cold especially without any sauce.no care was given by wendys employees, no napkins either, just a huge waste of money

Food was good, French fries need to be hotter, love the drink machine. Got a $3 frosty that wasn't the old kind, it's runny, had it thru the straw and done by the 2nd light on the way home. Upsetting to say the least.

As you can see the sausage was extremely burnt on my sausage egg and Swiss cheese croissant. I tried to eat it as I was in a hurry but I just couldn't tasted horrible. I just threw it away. They were running around seemed chaotic but was not busy?

When you order food, you expect to get your food. I normally check to make sure the order is correct before In leave the parking lot but this time I didn't notice until I got home that we were missing part of our order. Not worth driving back to get the missing food but it was worth the time to write this review. Judging by other reviews, this is a regular occurrence there. Figure it out Suprise Wendy's.

Placed a mobile order and selected drive through pick up. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive through was told we had to go inside. Once inside we were ignored and continued to wait without food. Worst fast food experience.

I ordered food for my kids and I this morning and received a completely plain breakfast sandwich just bun nothing else. I usually don’t have any problems with my food being wrong but as that was all I order it wasn’t pleasant finding just buns wrapped up.

Manager was very rude and very unaccomidating and would not recommend thus wendys to anyone

Paid 26.33 to mobile order at 11: 16, on the app it lists the location is open till 12. All the lights are dark and they let me sit for 20 or so minutes before saying online orders close at 10: 59, completely untrue because I can still place and change my order.

I don't write reviews, but I couldn't let this one pass. This Wendy's is by far the worst fast food restaurant in the world! I had to go back 3 times and on my 3rd trip going back because my order was either old or cold items. While on my 3rd trip back (keep in mind I never left the parking lot) I decided to call them the minute I called and asked for the manager they hung up I proceeded to call back and ask for the corporate number, they hung up by the 3rd time they didn't say anything they just answered the phone and put the phone down when I went Into The lobby instead of the drive-through the manager was on her way out.the minute. She saw me, the 1st thing she said was, "What did they do now? " I explained to her what had happened. I also explained that someone keeps answering but not saying anything and that im still on the phone. Her words was I can give you your money back, but what about the employee that keeps hanging up and now just sitting on the phone her exact words was it's no longer my problems and grabbed her cigarettes and her purse and walked out the door. The next manager was just as bad as the last. He didn't try to talk to them or ask the employees who had the phone.the only thing he did was apologize.every employee their was between the age of 16 and 20. I called corporate. Guess what? Nothing has been done. One last thing the inside is NASTY. Absolutely pathetic!

This Wendy's we were hoping was getting better but clearly it is not. They are rude to the elderly and everyone else, take advantage of them and honestly just don't care. I even went to Abraham the GM and I was shocked at the attitude and lack of customer service he even gave. When I say they seriously don't care they really don't. I encourage you all to go somewhere else. There are many other places around that care a little more. My parents and I went here 3 x a week atleast but after my conversation with Abraham I am willing to drive a little further. If you continue to go here you will get what you get! Absolutely shocked and disgusted!
