Wendy's, Goodyear AZ

These guys always make my order correctly. And you can tell they care about presentation and customer. I always order lettuce wrapped triples.

I'm driving through Phoenix, thought I stop and pick a up a Burger.bad choice! Employees with no morals, knowing food is cold and old.sitting on shelf but serves it customers.nasty

Not very customer oriented or tech savvy. The manager seems to be stuck in the 50s without the customer service mentality. The food was visually unappealing and very bland to me, although the kids liked the food. Lastly, of the four kids' meals, only one had the toy in it. You try to explain that to a 3,4 and 5 year old.

We ordered online to save time. However, it would not let us do a drive thru pickup.
No biggie.
The restaurant was spotless, the food was hot and ready when we walked in and the gentleman, who I believe was the manager, was kind, courteous and professional.

I was charged for 3 sandwiches and only ordered 2, but when I questioned the total amount being incorrect, they told me no.

The worst Wendy's I've ever visited. & the PM" manager " here is completely unhelpful.

Even though this location is closest to my home, I'll go out of my way to go to a different Wendy's. The "service" at this location is not worth my time/$$.

This Wendy's has the best food, location, and atmosphere. They have an old reputation I'd rather not admit to. A story heard around the world when a human finger was found in the chili frys. I still go and thankfully- I guess. I do have fun there.

Best of the fast food options out there. Use the app for deals and rewards points. The biggie bag is the best value in the current fast food landscape. Dave's double is almost as good as a big kahuna burger.

Super quick meals at a great price. Bathrooms were both excellent/ kept impressively clean! Kind staff that helped in all ways, thx!

Brings back memories coming to this Wendy’s. Had to stop by for a frostee since I was in the area. Great service too!

Order a #7 all i got was bread cheese and bacon called and won't evev refund me my money

I was out and about and decided that I wanted a salad. So, we stop in at Wendy's and let me tell you, Great Customer Service. Charles was so professional and kind. And my Cobb Chicken salad was the bomb! The restaurant was clean and tidy. I just felt like I was at Families house or something, you know that cozy feeling. You don't get that treatment much these days. But you sure will feel good going to this Wendy's. Thank you so much for the great food and hospitality! I most definitely will make this place one of my go to places!

Ordered my food politely & wanted to customize my combo but worker didn’t know how to fix my order right. Asked for grilled chicken on my salad & got classic. She looked at me like if I was dumb, it made me furious.
