Over priced place I have never gone to any dentist place that charge so much just for basic checkups ever after deductibles have been paid will never go again

All the doctors are great and so patient with my daughter. They are informative and supportive of keeping her teeth and gums healthy. They explain everything in terms that you can understand. Thanks.

They are very friendly Michelle was very helpful she translated for me I was very pleased thank you Michelle and crew!

Stuff/employees are rude, non professional, they communication skills. They need to give directions to a kid before touch them, especially when they feel nervous. Not mentioned how rude the tech-Michelle
was with me. She didn’t even face me when I was asking a question! No communication while they were doing my son’s treatment/fillings the Dr A Spera.step out of the room without saying anything.we waited until I had to tell her to stop the sedation if she’s not coming.tech said you’re right I did.this’s ridiculous they just not organized and providing a horrible service. So disappointed after 20 yrs coming here they are getting worse.

We love West Valley Pediatric Dentistry. Everyone is so friendly and patient. My son has a developmental disability and sensory processing issues, so dental and medical appointments are never fun. We went yesterday for a check up and he asked questions about every piece of equipment and everything that was going on. Dawn, the dental hygienist, was incredibly kind and patient with him. She answered all his questions and was very gentle. If you have a child with a disability, I strongly suggest bringing them here. They are wonderful!

I had a 2 appointments at 2: 20 on a Friday, my daughter called to cancel hers. I arrive to this location and there isn’t anyone at the receptionist desk. I wait a good 10 minutes and I open the door to head towards the back cause it’s just ridiculous at this point. I find someone and she tells me that the appointment was cancelled, mind you it’s only 2: 45pm, I advised that only one appointment was cancelled and the other is active and she is here. She goes on to tell me that the dentist left, why is the dentist leaving if the office isn’t closed. She asked me to wait up front, I go and I’ve been waiting another 10 minutes and nothing has happened. If you like to wait I would suggest coming here

My daughters teeth look amazing after braces! Marisa and the rest of the staff are awesome! Love WVPD!

West valley pediatric really nice place to bring kids I have 4 and they look foward to coming specially because of the little gift they give them at the end of the exam. Doctor's and nurse's really nice and they explain everything to the parent.

I bring all 5 of my kids here and it has never been anything but a wonderful experience for all of us! The staff is amazing and friendly and everyone’s primary concern is making the kids feel comfortable and excited about keeping their teeth healthy and clean. Can’t recommend enough!

Amazing experience very nice and kind had an amazing conversation as well I’m 18 but I started coming as a baby this is my first ever dentist and when I have my children and if this place is still open I’ll bring them here as well

The staff is always friendly and makes us feel right at home. It’s a very comfortable environment and I’m always happy with every visit.

Staff was very patient and attentive with my 4 year old son, explaining everything that they were doing and going to do. We’ve brought our children here for about 10 years now and are very comfortable doing so. Thank you WVPD for taking care of our kids’ choppers.

We have been a patient for 4 years now. My son and daughter both come here and we have always had a great experience. The staff is amazing with my kiddos and always explain what they are doing both to me and to them. The office is always clean and have things to keep them busy. I can not say enough great things about this office, staff and dentist. I highly recommend this office.

We have been going to WV Pediatric Dental for 7-8 years and love the place. The staff are very nice and friendly. The dentist are awesome and always makes our kids feel at ease no matter what they’re getting done (from simple 6 month check up to extractions). I love it even more now since they moved to the new location in Avondale which is closer to my home.
