I've been a patient with my doctor for 11 years. He is now with 4 C Medical, I had been at a location that was exposed to the virus. My doctor got me and my mother right in and they have the test there. My mother's doctors office was sending her to the testing site. Anyway, thank you 4 C Medical!

Blonde front desk lady straight up started to talk trash about me while I was sitting in the waiting room. Are you guys just hiring anyone? Seriously work on your customer service

Impossible to talk to a human, don't return voice mails, 11-14 days for a referral, 10+ days to get refills. Doctor runs 45-60 minutes late everytime, No one ever calls you back. This is a one way money trap and they have forgotten the "Care" in Healthcare

I was seen by Melissa the PA and she was AMAZING! She listens so well. She is patient, kind, and she takes the time to explain things. I am so happy to have her as a provider. Youve got to see her. The front staff was helpful too.

I would recommend Dr. Kleven and his staff, Yvonne and the girls at the front desk of both offices, to Everyone! In my 58 years I've seen a lot of physicians and Dr. Kleven is in the Top 5! He is knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough. If you're new to the area and are looking for a new great primary care physician and staff. You've found it!

I absolutely love Dr. Kleven. He is great. Staff is wonderful as well. Like with any doctor, you will have to wait. Never known a doctor to be on time. But if your doctor is good at what he does, like Dr Kleven, then its worth it.

Dr. Kleven has been my primary physician of fifteen years. Thorough dedicated with a staff of professional medical staff. Dr. Lujan has been my primary over the past six months. Dr. Lujan is dedicated caring and follows every procedure of a professional medical physician.

West Valley Internal Medicine, did a great job for me when I needed the docs.to look into why I was having so much pain in my elbow/shoulder. The docs.there showed me that they really care about there patients. Keep up the great work everyone.

My visit was fast and my issue was taken care of. I use West Valley Urgent Care as my go to place when urgent care is needed.

Well deserved appreciation for positive attitude i received. Very professional, and faster respond compare to other urgent care out there. My experienced was all about satisfactiion. Theyre friendly and I felt no types of frustration through my visit. I recommend this place and for sure will be my top urgent care location to visit next time. I hope everybod recieved the same attention for whatever they need. Excellent

I went with my 9 year old son that has a 100.6 fever and waited two hours in the waiting room, and after that the medical assistant THEN told us that we would have to wait even longer because apparently the doctor was not even there and that he is in another office and will not be back for a while. It was a waste of my whole day and very unprofessional that they didn’t tell me that right from the beginning so I could have just driven to the other office and not wasted time.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I went in because I sprained my ankle at work and didn't have the right paper work apparently for the front desk person. I called my boss and got all the information I could and no matter what the front desk person got upset at me. She proceeded to throw a fit and throw her papers around on her desk. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The most rude front desk I have ever met.

After a life time of military care that could not be beat, due to my age I was told to find service elsewhere. I found West Valley Internal Medicine Dr. Michael Kleven D. O, and made him my Primary Care Monitor. I then had several incidents where I received urgent care in the same facility. I have been very pleased with the service I receive there. The admin are alert and very helpful and you don't find that often anymore. I highly recommend their services.

Our experience was great, our daughter got in right away. They were very friendly, accommodating and fast. They gave her a strep test which was positive, and they called it into Walgreen's pharmacy at my request. My biggest wait was while at Walgreen's pharmacy, not the Urgent Care. Walgreens at 67th and Union Hills told me 15 minutes which turned into over an hour.

We will use this urgent care again since our boys will likely have strep later this week. I will post any future experiences, but so far - it was very, very good!

Pricing is on par with all other Urgent Care centers about $110 for the visit.

On leaving from our visit, the receptionist gave our 3 year old daughter a Christmas decorated penguin stuffed animal which was unexpected and extremely nice.

Horrible place to visit again. After receiving bunch of marketing email from this place I went there for a simple preventive care before end of the year, you will encounter very rude/arrogant staff at the front desk first, after waiting long time (no patients ahead of me though), you will meet bunch of unqualified practitioners next. Do not waste your time in this place. Do you want to know what they did for preventive care services? 1) they check your weight & blood pressure, 2) around 10 min nurse interview, and then 3) blood collection (charge additional $10 if you want to collect your blood in their facility) otherwise you have to go to the other lab to collect your blood. I said I will pay $10 to save my time and then the freaking trainee injected freaking needle three times to collect my blood without loosening rubber band (so painful), and then saying you can go now. Service get done without even chest x-lay.true story, folks.

Went there once week ago with my 23 Yr old son, Severe headache and congestion, A week later and having to take him back because he's not much better.

I've been going to West Valley Urgent Care for years. This was the first time I've been to this location since I've moved. Both the Buckeye and Avondale ones are great and this one is too. My little one was sick and they are so wonderful at this Bell Rd location. I was very impressed. The male medical assistant was so kind to us and the doctor Anna was so amazing with my little one who is special needs. Puts other clinics to shame. This is my new go to urgent care. There was no waiting and we were in and out in 30 minutes which includes a long potty break. Its so refreshing to meet such kind medical staff even though they were closing for the day, they didn't rush us.

My husband spent hours there only to have our daughter misdiagnosed. They insisted that she had flea bites and refused to consider anything else. After taking her to her pediatrician after the weekend we learned that she had a reaction to a wart treatment that she had the previous week. Thank you for not listening to us and giving us the wrong diagnosis just because you were closing for the day and wanted to leave. Also as my husband and daughter were leaving he saw two elderly women sitting outside in the heat who had been dropped off by a taxi and could not get in because they had locked the doors 2 hours early. No signs were posted stating that they were closing early for the day.

Not the place for you if you were in a hurry.everyone is nice and all but it's just too much.it's as expensive as everywhere else, but the waiting problem is serious.

My experience at West Valley Urgent Care was fantastic. I signed up with Dr. Kleven as a primary Doctor and he was very professional and efficient. I had a follow up visit to remove some growths and it was done on time and very painlessly. Great experience. My wife also has used them as an urgent care for a breathing issue and felt great about her experience as well.
