Western Dental is a great office, always kind and helpful! Cassandra was great with helping us in the front office!

The Western Dental Staff in Casa Grande are amazing. The front staff were extremely accommodating for a last minute appointment. My son knocked his baby tooth out and we were concerned there would be trauma. Lexi and Dr. Zamani were so nice and reassured my son who was really anxious. Great results and we will be returning.

My husband went in to have some work done. Cassandra was very helpful, professional and nice. Will definitely be going back.

Western dental did a pretty good job. Really the only not so good experience was when I visited on my initial visit. I called ahead to their toll free number because I had an abscessed tooth and I was in a tremendous amount of pain. They scheduled me for a 2pm appointment same day. Well when I get there. They were short handed and said it wasn’t in the computer and they don’t take new patients on Saturday. Well I would be fine with this normally but the communication break down or disconnect that lies between the answering and appointment setting service and the actual office location is very bad. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel as if they have done something wrong when it’s an internal problem. The rest of my experience was top notch and the dentist and staff were exceptionally friendly. Thank you!

They got me in next day with Dr. Behel for my wisdom tooth and the assistant Sandra was great!

This location is a absolute joke, my wife needed to come in for bad tooth ache. It was a last minute thing, they took the appointment but we were here waiting for over 3 hours. The excuse was we are short staffed. We understand being short staffed so if you are don't take the extra appointments and make people wait. This is beyond unprofessional and we will never use western dental again dont not use them they are a joke of a company.

Amazing ladies there! Sandra was amazing and made sure I was good the entire visit, checked on me multiple times! Dr. Behl absolutely hands down the best! She is very straight forward in what you need and what she will do for you, is very kind and compassionate and knowledgeable. Loved her!
The young lady at the front desk is amazing as well, she was very welcoming, informative and super sweet. Highly recommend them!

The staff were extremely friendly and sweet. Clean environment. Very thorough explanation of services and procedures. Answered all my questions. Would recommend to anyone needing a great dentist.

Went for a cleaning and exam April 2022, and had full-mouth x-rays taken. Went back in Nov 2022 for next cleaning. WD wanted full-mouth x-rays again ("it's normal") despite protesting that my insurance only pays once, and I did not want to pay again so soon - they called and confirmed this with insurance. Then they suddenly decided that my "insurance is no longer accepted" so I cancelled the appointment and walked out! Then I called my insurance and confirmed that WD does indeed still take my insurance. Staff seemed perturbed, even rude, for my challenging their profit-driven approach to x-rays, and they made up the story to get rid of me. Find someone else.

Customer service is amazing! Eloisa, Anna, Ellie, Emily and Sandra made me feel like family. Thank you girls!

Anna and Ellie are the best dental assistants I have ever come across.
There isn't a huge month's long waitlist to get an appointment, we got an appointment same day!
They take the time to listen to and address any and all concerns and issues you have. Anna goes above and beyond to make sure your visit is going smoothly and has a great positive attitude that keeps frayed nerves, calm.
Dr. Behl is amazing. She is very calm and explained everything (several times because we kept asking) with patience and reassurance.
The whole family loves the gals at Western Dental.

First let me start by saying Eloísa in the front was very prompt to address me when I walked in. Got me taken care of and I was in the back ASAP.she had a great attitude and amazing personality. Next I saw Dr Ho, he was equally as amazing. Funny and explained what he was doing while I was getting checked. The last person I saw was Ellie. She polished my teeth and made it an even greater experience with her jokes. Overall I would say this place is great, clean, and the staff are great people.

I would like to give a big shout out to Western Dental & Orthodontics office in Casa Grande AZ. This was my first visit to with them and from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out of the office, I felt very at easy and comfortable. Dr. Behl was the best before my procedure she asked if I had breakfast or lunch she offered me a granola bar.asked if I had any questions I said no after the surgery she explain everything from what I need to do and what not to do she was awesome the whole staff was great
