If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am so upset right now. I set my appointment for a routine cleaning for 11am. From the phone call, the guy tried to up sell me on a consultation and I declined. I show up for my appointment and they ask about pain, I tell them I have pain on the left side of my face but will take care of that another day because I only have time for a cleaning today. I’m taken to one room where they take all these photos of my mouth (more than any other dentist have ever taken), then take me to a second room where a second person (I’m thinking she’s the dentist) comes to inspect my mouth and tells me of this procedure/treatment she’s recommending. I decline and state I just want a cleaning. Then I’m told the dentist will come see me. I’m confused because I thought I just met the dentist. So a 3rd person comes, inspects my mouth (this is the 3rd person with their fingers in my mouth) to tell me i May need antibiotics for the pain. Okay.then they tell me to wait and then I’ll be taken to the front. I ask about the cleaning, they say they have to take care of a few things first. I sit there confused. Then the dentist comes to take me to talk to the ladies up front. I ask why I’m not doing my cleaning today. He says I still can but I need to talk to them first.what the actual f**k? !? So I go to the front and the receptionist hands me an invoice for $2,400 for a treatment I already declined. Then tells me my cleaning would be a special cleaning and would cost me $700. So I just spent 1.5 hours of my day being ferried from person to person so they could get $3,000 out of me? !? I don’t think so. I’m going somewhere else where their movements aren’t so suspect thank you very much.

Finally got in after the shutdown. Maggie and Dr. Hashemian were great! I think they would appreciate some help.they are constantly cleaning and doing what needs to be done but the place is empty of many things they need. Anyway, thanks for the new temporary crown. It should keep me out of pain until everything opens up.

I am very disappointed in the customer service I have received at Western Dental. As far as I can tell, the staff in the back does good quality work so I will give you 2 stars for that. I have been with WD for over 2 years and repeatedly have felt like the quality of customer service in the front desk area is in great need of improvement/training so that customers can feel valued and like their service is appreciated, rather than question whether to come back or not. One time, I came in for my surgery and was in the waiting room for over 30 minutes. I assumed the staff in back wasn't ready for me but I found out they were wondering why I was "late" for my surgery. Found out later the front desk staff never notified the doctor I was there. As another example, if I am told I need to use a certain at-home treatment product and I run out of it and call them to ask how I can order more, the person I speak with, especially after I was on hold for 30 minutes, should be able to help me over the phone, rather than tell me to go and look on the website. It's a product that I can only buy through them. When I go on their website, I get the run-around. It does not allow me to purchase the product without making an appt first or calling them. I am left wondering what to do next. I will try to keep calling back hoping to get a different representative but it's very discouraging from my end and I am hoping to speak with a manager soon.

This place is the worst. I have payed them in full so they charged my card. They told me it was mistake. I'm still waiting for the refund. What joke this place is. By the way that was well over a month ago. DON'T GO HERE

Horrible customer service! Front desk girl had the audacity to roll her eyes and look at her watch when I was speaking with her about billing. Not returning and will NOT recommend coming here to anyone.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They listened to my concerns and fixed the issue right the first time.

Kendra is an excellent hygienist. She's great at her job, well informed, friendly and kind. Ana is very nice, very good at her job and personable. This is my favorite Western Dental location, hands down! Thanks Kendra & Ana!

Dr Pierse Is it fantastic oral surgeon very patient and kind if you ever need anyone to work on your mouth I recommend him. I follow this doctor to 4 different Western Dental offices just so my son would have him as his surgeon. Very knowledgeable in his field. The office managers work very hard Lorraine, Amanda and Veronica for us to be seen all ladies at different locations.

Ana is great at the office. 1 doctor was out on an emergency, so had over 1 hour waiting for a 10 minute appointment. Mainly for extracting and basic cleaning. Not like other dentists.

Great assistant! Very friendly and gentle with my teeth. I’m just super sensitive and she was understanding of that.

Ana is one of the most experienced office manager I’ve dealt with. She explained my treatment fully to where I understood everything I need to have done. Thank you Ana for being so caring and patient with me. I am definitely referring my friends and family.

The staff was not diligent. The doctors and assistants bickered in front of me. And they charged me over 700.00 to clean half of my mouth. Im not very happy. Plus the person send to numb my mouth stabbed my lip. Please take your time and treat people with respect.

Everyone at this particular Western Dental is very courteous, patient and compassionate. All of these qualities makes a dentist and all very easy to communicate with and believe it or not, visits are easy to go to with. The staff has been wonderful along with the dentist. I would recommend to anyone who needs dental work done, this is the place to go to.

Great experience from them overall. Got a deep cleaning and a few fillings. Dr. Pirolli I think that’s his name and Maggie including Pricilla were all really nice to me. The hygienist was nice as well, pretty gentle for the most part, but I think she struck a nerve in my tooth, because since my visit my left back tooth has been still somewhat sensitive and it’s been 2 weeks already. Overall my experience besides that was good and all the receptionists were very polite. They saw me on time too.

Ana is great at doing her work. She was very helpful and fast. By far best customer service ive had.

Had an appointment. After 40 minutes I was "about to be seen", I left. Not the first time appointments made are a sitting game. Western Dental sends an obscene amount of appointment request. Then go ahead and make appointments I never made. The call center is another pain. I feel there is a language barrier where reps don't understand (?) They are also very pushy about braces. I cannot wait to change my dentist through my insurance.

If you can't pay for your services upfront then go elsewhere! I had a abscess tooth and over a $100 down to get it pulled. They wanted double that down and payments I couldn't afford. When I asked if they could work something out and they didn't care. Went to Risas Dental and they were awesome. They showed true compassion and caring and had me feeling better in no time. YOU SUCK WESTERN DENTAL!

I absolutely adore margarita. She is so caring, friendly and comforting. She is the only one in the back office that I like to deal with when I come in for service. Way to go Margarita!

I was seen at the location 13651 N 35th Avenue for a routine cleaning. I had previous dental work from Risa's dental that closed a gap within my 2 front teeth. The hygienist was a very nice, and knowledgeable during the procedure she accidentally knocked out the fillings that was bridging the gap in the front of my mouth. She felt really bad so she left to ask the dentist if he could replace the fillings being I was scheduled to get married later on that evening. Low and behold she interrupted him on his lunch break. The dentist came from the back VERY RUDE, literally yelling at me because I was crying. On top of him yelling at me, telling me how bad my previous dental work was done, and how stupid I was for having a cleaning scheduled the day of my wedding (I just wanted a bright smile). I'm asking him why he is yelling at me as he proceeds to tell me what the hygienist had supposedly went back there to tell him, I'm looking directly at her and she is shaking her head. I try to calm down to find out how to fix this HUGE mistake, pretty much I was scheduled the next day to see a different Dr, but I would have to pay them $1400 for something they messed up! Needless to say I did not get married that day, and I still haven't saved up $1400 to pay for the crowns he suggested I have put in. They dentist and customer services SUCKS!
