Very rude front office for scheduling. Never made an appointment. If the doctors allow this. I can’t respect the doctors

Absolutely Rude and disgusting behavior for medical professionals. The condescending language used by Virgina was disgusting and unprofessional. The lack of care and the lack of empathy comes directly from getting paid by insurance companies for neurological diseases these people will never cure. Anyone that needs help stay away from these heartless clowns who turned away a returning patient with insurance they accept in need of infusions to stave off worse MS and turned away because it would be actual work. They are listed on the insurance company as accepting the insurance and New patients but not if you have preexisting condition which is illegal. Disgusting greedy practice.

I have a seizure disorder and am a single dad to a 20 month old, so managing myself carefully and taking care of blowouts, teething, and the occasional throw up, it’s hard for me to get around on time. Even if I leave an hour early to somewhere 10 minutes away, if my son poops all over, then ends up throwing up and I have to clean him up and change him twice, I’m going to be significantly late. There is no understanding or compassion from the medical staff (the office assistants are great) and there also is a severe lack of knowledge in their field. I have been treating my disorder with the doctor admittedly telling me he has no idea what’s going on, my recent scans the MA called to tell me things have gotten worse but wouldn’t have the doctor explain. Stressful. And ironic, because they tell you stress is one of the main antagonists. I would get your questions answered by Chat GPT while you wait for a more compassionate and empathetic neurology team.

Where to begin? First, I was scheduled with a Neurologist NP, not an MD. After a few months, he suddenly disappeared without notice or explanation & I was moved over to Dr Drake. The problem occurred when they did NOT fully document things they had said to me in person, as well as incorrectly documenting things I said. I asked them to fix their mistakes by adding an addendum to their medical notes. They refused & when I said " Do you understand this was your error & these mistakes can be costly and affect a person severely? " she said that Dr Drake always documents things very carefully. When I replied "Oh I guess you never make mistakes. " then office mgr MaryAnn replied "If you don't like it, find another Doctor" and hung up on me. I was floored by the rudeness. I not only have a neurological issue, but I also work daily with technical medical records systems (so I know it is very possible to add notes to these systems) & I work for a company where we investigate medical providers & claims for fraud, waste & abuse. I am also a member of medical malpractice groups. This has not gone unnoticed! Personally I believe they are worried about their liability. I am shocked & appalled at the lack of compassion, incompetence & sheer arrogance from this medical practice & everyone who works there. Do NOT enter their doors unless you enjoy being treated poorly by incompetent, arrogant busybodies that bully patients.

I have 2 herniated disc's, 1 slightly bulging, 1 in the process of dying. I have both central and formal seltenosis, and a damaged ligament that has now become inlarged. The pictures show it all, but at the ripe young age of 34, sipos looks me dead in the eyes and says my pain in coming from my pelvis. Ortho doc disagrees, said a few things about what sipos told me and wants me to get a second opinion. The appointment felt extremely rushed and almost like he didn't even review my mris, or my paperwork. Wouldn't refer anyone to him, even if he's the last neurosurgeon left. Had my pain therapist's neurologist look at my mri and he can clearly see why I'm in pain and why I have issues with both legs. I'll talk to her later about who she recommends. I'm tired of the all the shots and physical therapy just to be able to walk. All I'm doing is slapping bandaids over a problem.

I had a similar experience as others on here. I was looking to see Dr. B. She was my neurologist in the past and I was seeking to change doctors and go back to her due to a significant medical experience. Front office called after receiving the referral and said they were too busy with other patients to see me. My records were not reviewed as promised by office staff. Despite being a previous patient and in desperate need of a new neurologist, I felt dismissed and not valued as a patient.

Incompetent and don’t care. Rude
too
They lost our records that we worked so hard to get from Radiology Ltd
The front desk and the assistant unhelpful
We called at our first appointment and told them that we left them with the NP Eddy and they said they had them at the front desk so we said we’ll pick up at our follow up. It’s been only a few weeks since we had to go for a follow up and still they cannot keep anything! We really need them and it’s ours to keep so we can find a better office for treating an important Neurological disorder
Terrible office and management

I never made it to see the actual physician, but interacted with two different women when calling to schedule, and both were extremely rude and not empathetic. I’ve worked in a doctors office in the same role and always made sure to be kind and understanding when dealing with patients. Patients are calling because they may be having the worst moment in their life and to be treated poorly by the office staff makes you feel worse and doesn’t make you feel confident in the physicians there. I received nothing but attitude and exasperated sighs when asking questions, but I was scared of my diagnosis and concerned. I called my primary and had her refer me to a different neurology office and was extremely happy there. I think the entire front office here and at most doctors places need to be let go and start over fresh with people who actually care to take care of people kindly. Do not recommend this place at all and would give zero stars if possible

Misty Miller is the greatest. I have been seeing her for over a year so thankful for her. She listen to all my concerns and question and helped me make right choices. She was a blessing when I needed it.

Horribly rude and hostile on the phone, refused to help in any way. They just don't care about patients.

I've been waiting 9+ months just for a consultation. It was supposed happen in November 2022 (after 6 months) but they called me the day before to postpone it to sometime in 2023. I will update my review after actually getting in.
