Two of their "new" tires bubbled on the sidewall and blew within a day! I do not recommend using this shop. Unless they are the only shop open, there are 4 other tire shops within two min. Western tire recently changed ownership and the new hires have no idea what they are doing, just a bunch of kids running the business. They take no responsibility when their new tires have issues, they just stop answering the phone.

These guys helped me out on new years day! My STI picked up something metal from the road new years eve and i was worried I wouldn’t be able to find a shop to fix it. Luckily i found these guys and they patched it in like 10-15 minutes and had me right back on the road. Gladly paid the 39$… people need to stop complaining about the price when these guys are hard working on a holiday weekend. Thx western tire!

Great people my hitch was coming loose on my hitch, I pulled in the mechanic came out I didn't have the 1 1/8 socket to tighten it up.
He let me use a socket and torque wrench I was good to go.

Will never use this shop again and would recommend you don’t either. These crooks charged me $50.00 for a tire patch. That about double the average.

First of all this place is open on Sundays and that should already qualify it for minimum 4 stars. I had a bad driver side steer tire that meant I definitely wouldn't be driving that night. Called around bunch of places at 2 pm on a Sunday and yeah pretty much got exactly the answer you would expect, if they even picked up.

That was until Western Tire.

Not only got me in last second Sunday afternoon, but I ended up getting BOTH tires replaced and I was finished in an hour!

But on top of that my inverter went bad. Instead of having one installed for a ridiculous amount I decided to buy one for cheap and install it myself. But I was missing a drill to mount it. Justin at Western Tire gladly let me borrow their drill so I could finish my work, which they absolutely DIDN'T have to do. Free of charge just to help someone out. That's the kind of people they are.

The brand of tire may not be exactly your preference but they are willing to work with you on the prices if that's the case. If you communicate with them what you need help with they will solve your problem.

Considering the thousands of dollars I would have lost cancelling my back haul by delivering late these guys really came through in a pinch. Thank you for the great work!

We had a blowout on our trailer. They had the tire we needed in stock. We were In and out in 15 minutes.

Not really 24 hrs and they don't return calls. They finally answered my review almost 2 years later using COVID as the reason why. This was preCovid. I never said it was a crime. I was merely giving a review which is also not a crime. And it was preCovid, nothing was shutting down in January 2020 yet. I am sorry that you feel the need to get so defensive.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, I was in visiting from chicago, they were the only place open on Sunday, thank god they were open. They took my flat tire, found the hole and repaired it in under 30min. 10/10 would recommend this shop!

Took forever waiting 5 day and night just to get my brakes fix I do not recommend this place.

Saved our butts. Open 24 hours and they had the odd tire size that we needed and they took great care with the expensive car that we rolled in on too

Western Truck and Tire saved the day! On our way to Moab, UT we had a blowout on two of our trailer tires being pulled by our RV. It was a Sunday and we were stuck on the side of the road on Hwy 89. Luckily they had trailer tires in stock. Now the big question- would they come to us? With very few employees working and it was a Sunday- they helped us out in a big way and came to our rescue! We didn’t want to take a chance and only replace two so we purchased 4, plus a spare. They broke them down, installed them, and got us back on the road in a timely manner. We can’t thank them enough for coming to us and risking their lives on this busy stretch of road and in the rain. They were very professional and the owner called to make sure we were satisfied with the service. Which we were! We highly recommend Western Tire and Truck!

These men saved my life on Labor Day weekend. Could not be more grateful. Definitely recommend coming to this place for a flat!

Came in with a leak on my 18 wheeler trailer tire they had me out the door in 40 mins way quicker than any off the truck stops great job and customer service highly recommended

Basically the only tire repair shop open on Sundays in Flagstaff besides Sam's Club. They take full advantage of this fact by overcharging for tires since they know that there isn't another option for almost 50 miles! For a SINGLE new tire for my vehicle they quoted me a little over $200! I politely declined this absurd quote and asked how much a decent used tire would cost me? They still charged me a bit over $60 without getting it balanced! The employee who was replacing my tire looked like he'd been on the "Jenny Crank" diet for way too long. Looked completely lost and befuddled on how to complete the process. He definitely did not make me feel confident in the repair at all. The repair process was however extremely quick besides all that. Would only recommend this shop as an absolute last resort!
UPDATE:
The shop claims to be open 7 days a week 24 hours a day but I've seen them closed randomly throughout the week so be careful

Highly recommend this shop! They were able to get me in for Oil change & Tire Rotation on Labor Day when no other shop was open. Fair price, friendly & knowledgeable employees, and they completed the service in little over an hour.

I ain't gonna lie the service and the employees were awesome they replaced are tire really fast and they even checked the air in all our tires. We got a flat on road trip on we got stuck in Flagstaff of course on a Sunday it was the only place open so we had no other choice but to buy a tire but it's was $210 with everything but the Brand was Chinese I was expecting a Michelin, Continental, or Firestone tire for that price but we had no other choice I feel like the owner knows people have no other choice since they stay open late so they raise the price. Could have gotten a much better tire for half the price.
