Management of my apartment took an immediate nosedive as soon as it was bought by this company. Getting anything done is next to impossible. No one is ever in the office during regular hours. Doors locked lights off. Calls never returned, emails not answered. Whenever I finally was able to make an appointment with the manager through email so we can sign a roommate release so I can leave they DIDN’T EVEN SHOW UP. I waited at the office for over 2 hours and no one ever showed up. Doors locked lights off as usual. The way this place operates is actually criminal and you should stay as far away from them as possible.

This place stinks. I was the maintenance supervisor and the mgr let the maintenance guys get away with murder it's only a matter of time before one of the scum do something really bad. Fire the mgr.get a good maintenance staff.zero 0ut of ten.

I had a very bad experience at one of this companies managed properties, Keystone Falls in Dallas, TX. Service tickets take at least a week for a response, even if you're AC is out in the summer (which I experienced once). The property was constantly strewn with trash and the staff was almost never in the office during the posted hours. When I moved out they declined to do a final walkthrough with me and then slapped me with a cleaning fee even though I have photographic evidence that it was clean at move out. They also charged me for unspecified damages, and misplaced my written notice to vacate, so of course they charged for that. Basically, cut-rate service, and then they'll soak you for as much as possible when you move out. I'm never renting from Western Wealth again after my experiences here. I only hope this can serve as a warning to other unsuspecting prospective tenants.

Wimbledon Apartments in Spring, Tx is a Nightmare. You don't want to live here. It has mold and a roach infestation. The appliances break down every month. The ac unit smells like cockroaches, no matter how many times the maintenance people "clean" it. UPDATE: THEY DID SEND A CLEANING COMPANY TO CLEAN THE VENTS AND THE SMELL OF ROACHES SEEMS TO HAVE DISSIPATED. 12/25 update: NO IT STILL REEKS OF ROACHES! The walls are paper thin so you can every word your neighbors are saying. My neighbors had a party from 10p Saturday to 8am Sunday with loud music and wall banging. UPDATE: 12/24 TENANT HAD ANOTHER LOUD PARTY AND I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE EVEN THOUGH EVAN CLARK THE REGIONAL MANAGER SAID THIS WOULD BE ADDRESSED IT OBVIOUSLY WAS NOT. They cleaned the apartment above us and left the trash bags to drip with rotting liquid on to our porch and we had to remove five large bags of garbage at 2: 30am because the apartment staff left it out all day and night. Took 3months to get the AC fixed but it smells like roaches so I can't use it. It does not feel safe here. There are potholes in driving areas. And they do not hold their tenants accountable for removing and disposing their dog's waste property. So I have lots of dog poop near my front entrance at all times. Currently the washer, disposal and AC units are not working or are not usable because of the lack of care and maintenance. Called code enforcement and they have not been by yet to evaluate this property but it is definitely warranted. And there is a smell of LEAKING Gas coming from the maintenance shack or utility room or whatever they do with it. They "fixed" the garbage disposal today and I added a picture of the still broken garbage disposal. Now I'm trying to find the maintenance guy to get back here to TRULY fix it. Still no washer because they don't have one that works to replace this one and they say a tech has to come out. So no clean clothes for me. And there are parked cars in the fire zone on a daily basis. The water is undrinkable and smells like feces. Still waiting for the property OWNER to get back to me even though I was told I would get a response today. And the dumpster looks like this every day. Update: 12/13 dumpster furniture still not touched. Replacement washer is in poor condition, and filthy when received with no effort to clean it or the mess left behind. Disposal was fixed after I tracked down maintenance. 12/21 1am I have two drunk tenants fighting in front of my apartment. Had to call HPD. Hence, the "does not feel safe here comment".
12/23/23 For extra fun some tenants were shooting off fireworks in the parking lot right between the buildings and cars.
And dumpster furniture has not been picked up only increased.
As of 12/27 I have no heat, even though I requested emergency maintenance through the portal. And there was no water yesterday because of the gas leak I was told did not exist and I still have no hot water today. It is 39 degrees today.
Evan Clark the regional manager told me these issues would be addressed, they have not.
The president of this company needs to come out of hiding and deal with all of these properties across the US as can be arrested to by the numerous bad reviews place here and in the Wimbledon profile. The back gates are welded shut which is against fire code.
Perhaps Michael Eisenberg the VP would be kind enough to step up and hold these people accountable.
Otherwise I suggest to everyone to contact code enforcement to investigate and fine this company along with the Real Estate Commission to look into their practices.
12/28/23 - this makes the third day we have been without hot water because there was a gas leak and the boiler exploded. After I was told there was no leak and my concerns were dismissed by the regional manager.
I am waiting for a response as to how all of us residents will be compensated for this major inconvenience! Cannot shower, wash clothes or run dishwasher without hot water! 1/9/24 Evan Clark still has not contacted me even though his vacation ended 1/2/24.

Worst company to ever work for, violates fair housing and Osha laws and retaliation. They charge their resident just to park on-site with not even a covered. What they are doing is illegal and they are al lords

Would rate 0 if I could.
Maintenance is terrible, enters without permission. Not once but twice.
Managers/ Staff won’t answer phones/ email, resolve problems, or anything that has to do with their job.
For the month of February I’m being charged an additional $800+ for a month to month fee when I have lease agreements stating I have a 10 month lease! So I owe over $2500 FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY. That the managers have not yet to fix.

It appears that WWC (Western Wealth Communities) is attempting to redirect the traffic for a property they own, Link at Plano, to their main website. I can only speculate that this is because Link at Plano is getting destroyed in the reviews since Western Wealth Communities took over. WWC are the biggest slum lords I've ever had the displeasure of renting from. Just look at the reviews for Link at Plano, and you'll see why.

Here is my situation I moved out 10-31-23. I was charged 350$ in damage to bath tub. The bath tub was resurfaced. I let the apartment complex now that is normal wear and tear. I spoke to Jared and Mike the Manager at the complex. They emailed me proof that they will refund the 350$ since it was normal wear and tear. And I'll receive a check in the mail in 2-3 weeks. Three weeks later they emailed me they are now charging me carpet cleaning fee, and paint repair. They changed on my statement of the 350$ charge from saying damage from bathtub. To 3 weeks later removed that and added 350$ charge in paint repair and cleaning fee. Plus they just add all these fees when you move out. The apartment complex won't give me proof of paying 350$ in paint and cleaning. And was told by Mike the manager at the complex you will need to sue the complex to get anything done.

Absolutely horrible! I am very upset at how you treat elders. Have taken money from mother and refuse to pay it back! After we were promised it would be credited back! She live at Somerset Lewisville and we are very upset at how she’s been treated. Jennifer “the manager” is never there when she needs to be. Can’t calls from people. I don’t like being ignored and she seems to ignore every issue that we bring to her attention. Miranda seems nice but unfortunately for her, she has to take Jennifer’s angry customers. 0/10 WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND MOVING TO THIS LOCATION!

The worst rental management company I've dealt with. Going on over 30 days waiting for my deposit refund. Unable to even talk to management (Delano or Wester Wealth) just leave voice-mail and email that are not answered or returned. I have talked to the leasing agents who tell me the refund was sent Oct 31, but I haven't rcvd it yet. Still waiting

I live in one of their properties in Texas and this is the worst place I have ever lived in we were approved for our unit but the assistant manager that handled all of paperwork quit before we moved in we had to contact them because our lease at another apartment complex was about to be up we pushed our move in date back which cost us money the office manager never was available to give us a tour of the unit so she had a maintenance man show us the unit the place was a absolute mess we gave them 2 weeks to get things together and still nothing was done the office manager did a dirty move by taking my first months payment first then forwarded us the lease so we didn't have proper amount of time to go through it thoroughly now every month it's a new fee here a new fee there these people are slum lord's and I will not longer stand for

This place is real scam.
We used to live in las colinas heights apartments in Irving texas (534 mills lane) back in 2022. We moved there in the month of July and we moved out in the month of September. Whatever they said, we did paid before moving out and finally they owed our 1000 dollars deposit plus extra payment made by us (they told us to do so), tentative 1200-1300 dollars. After that, they told us that we would get the refund within some weeks (at this time the refund was just deducted to 855 dollars, we were ok still). We kept on waiting for the cheque but it never showed up in our mailbox. We went more than 20 times to the leasing office for our remaining due owed but they were always playing ping pong with suggesting to do this and that, call central office western wealth communities and so on… I tried calling the people from western wealth communities, never got a chance to speak to them, never connected to the customer service R and/or operators. Finally, being fed up, this is the review that I am leaving. Please avoid this company, there are many good ones.

Stay away from this company. I live in Onnix in Tempe, AZ I have NEVER lived in a more poorly managed community. Kim Gonzalez is the “property manger” she is absolutely inept at her job. We have had multiple complaints about the filth around the pool areas. Glass alcohol bottles and caps thrown about, my wife and I both have stepped on them in the pool. Noise and drug use complaints galore as some resident here like to
play loud music at any hour especially between 1: 00am-6: 00am. We have called the cops twice for loud music and drug use during these hours in the parking lot. It took a week to get out AC fixed during the hottest summer of record. On top of all of this the water is shut off every other day and there are COCKROACHES in our apartment! We were told they scheduled an inspection and treatment but of course that never happened and nothing was communicated to us. There was also a shooting in the parking lot by my unit and all they did was cover their butts by sending out a lawyer statement basically saying…. Not our problem. This is the general theme with Onnix and the property manger. As long as they get their rent $ they don’t care about the conditions you live in even if those conditions explicitly contradict the renal agreement. Run away from ANY western wealth community! I have multiple emails that have gone ignored by Kim Gonzalez all while cockroaches are in my apartment! STAY AWAY at all costs!

Incredibly upset at this property management. I live in one of their properties in TX and they have changed everything for the worse. Initially they towed my car that I could never afford to get out because they didn't notify us properly, they are def in cahoots with whatever tow companies they use.
I lost my means of income and taking my kid to school. You know how important a car is in this place. It's not got public transit at all and made my life a living hell.
Plus the car I spent thousands on was just gone. Poof!

Just recently they made a change that has brought us back to 1990s in how to pay rent. We literally have to get cashier's checks which is ridiculous.

I can't make cashier checks for that amount, my bank won't let me do transactions that big. So, I'll have to go to pull the cash out over 3 or 4 days just to get the amount needed to make the cashier's check. Which means I'll have to get off work early to drive to an ATM for 3 days in a row to pull out cash, then go to Walmart and get a cashier's check, but I get paid on the 30th, so idk how I'll be able to pay rent on time.

Are you guys going to make another portal or something that's convenient that uses technology in the 21st century for us in the future?

Also, cancellation of flex is now going to negatively affect my credit score. Is there a chance that you'll start accepting flex payments again?

Can you tell me why the change happened? It's made life 100% more difficult. Financially and emotionally. This is a really strange thing to do in this day and age. And has really turned my life upside down in a really bad way

Additionally they charge all kinds of fees for things I don't even use. The fact they get this delivery box thing and charge us for it, I'm sure they make tons of that. Then the trash service is stupid because they only pick up from a tiny trash they only get on a couple days a week. You can't have the trash out the bin or sitting on top, and idk anyone that only makes that small amounts of trash in 4 days.

Also there's always something gross or broken that takes forever to get fixed and when they do fix it it's so shoddy and might as well not have fixed it. Like nailing chunks of wood to fish something or painting over black mold or using tt doesn't even hold.e smallest amount of caulking to where it doesn't even hold.

I live in Las Brias Apartments in Tucson beware they add fees on to your rent and will almost cause you to sue to the company for theft they also charge community electric and gas bill on to your rent you have to pay for the company to have power and gas it is not the tenants responsibly to provide payment for a business who should pay there own bills they added amazon box and are charging us on are rent and for parking and there is no covered parking they added fees with out are consent this company is a rip off and I hope they get closed down for fraud and theft. There offices are ran by un educated employees and are very rude and the company records calls and they don't care how they treat there tenants without tenants you would not even have a business to run scum lords.

They won't care about you once you sign the lease. The apartment I'm in is poorly managed and overpriced. Apt management will ignore all your concerns, they never reply to emails and always try to avoid responsibilities

I lived at the Delano Apartments in Mesa, AZ that is managed by Western Wealth Communities.

Overall my experience living here wasn't bad, and my interactions with staff were good, but when I moved out things turned south. I had purchased a home and made sure to review the procedures with staff there in order to be sure that I followed the proper steps when breaking my lease to avoid any unnecessary fees/ fines. As I followed the steps at each point I was told that I had followed the steps correctly and given proper notification. I was also informed that I would get my deposit back.

A week or two after moving out I received a notification that I had an outstanding bill with Delano and I discovered that they were charging me a fee for "insufficient notice" of about $1400 and they used my deposit to pay part of that fee. I called the office and reviewed the fee and the lady I spoke with confirmed that I followed the proper steps and that I gave sufficient notice and that she also didn't believe that the fee should be charged to my account. She said that she would notify the property manager, and I have not heard anything since then.

I attempted to dispute the bill, but it was fruitless. The worst part is that no one at Delano or Western Health Communities has explained there position or even given me a chance to present my case. It just seems extremely dishonest considering that I did exactly what they told me to do. Even after doing what I'm directed to do, they charge me an incorrect fee of $1400 on top of what I've already had to pay them in order to get out of my lease.

The management at Delano invited me to reach out them to resolve the issue, and then ignored my email, and then has failed to call me back the three times that I have requested it. All I wanted was an explanation for there reasoning for the fee. It seems that they are afraid to have conversations like these. Very shady business practice in my opinion.

Management is terrible, the condition of my apartment, when moving in was bad.
Signed a lease to move in June 26 2022, the apartment wasn't ready. Had to cancel that lease and Signed a new one for move in date 7/1/22. Lease ended 5/31/23 and provided my move out notice. The manager at the time, told me I was okay for move out. Right before I turned the keys in. The new manager says I never provided a notice. Also new manager says I'm breaking the lease and ask me for the keys. I did nothing wrong to get treated like that, over a management issue.
