28What's burger is just about always great sometimes service is a bit slow, but maybe it takes an extra minute to be considered to be almost always great
Usually good but tonight was totally different. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes and there was no line. I could here laughter coming from the kitchen and a young lady appeared to be the only one working, taking orders from the drive thru customers. I hadn't eaten dinner and was hungry. Someone finally took my order and no apology was given. I'm not sure I want to come back to this location.
Good food to many employees change over the place seems dirty to often especially the floors employees moral attitude is not good its sad but true
Aleays good burgers at Whataburger. Just need to work on getting hot Fry's to customers instead of Luke warm ones
I'm moving into the neighborhood and like my old place there's a Whataburger just a few minutes away on the bus. I like the food and ice tea but since I had just got off the bus and ordered my food I noticed a hand sanitizer next to the beverage dispenser unfortunately it was empty. I told the young who brought my food he then tries the dispenser and says my manager has the key. Someone needs to check the dispenser and refill it when it's empty.
Honestly that was the best burger I've had in a long time. The employees are very nice, I really do appreciate good customer service. I was telling my husband that it brings back childhood memories for me. I remember being with my parents eating a burger that tastes just as good as it did in 1975.
Best whataburger with xtra cheese I've had in a long time. And to top it off with a chocolate and strawberry shake
I thought when I left TX I'd have no more of the best onion rings and typically spicey patty melt! Wrong. So glad to find the consistently excellent, food and service, right in AZ
