Restaurant Whataburger reviews
24The food and the service used to be very good, now it is just awful. Since reopening after covid shut down our state, the manager (we don't even know who it is anymore) and the staff have all changed and the service and food have gone downhill so badly. Undercooked food (or burned on the outside and undercooked inside), takes forever (sometimes it takes several minutes for anyone to even acknowledge you standing at the counter waiting to order), employees who do not know what they are doing, and the list goes on. Just awful. May try the new one that just opened by PV Mall.
Here online says dining open. Well they need to remove dining as a red x on it. Other whataburger they have there dining as a red x on the website. Calling and calling nobody answered the phone. Possibly business no in service
Waited 20min to order. I was trapped so I had no choice. Hire more people! When you ask for no onions they give you extra!
Drive thru staff have always been very nice, food is always real good, I personally have an obsession with their dr pepper shakes.
Food here is a bit expensive but what WaterBurger food ain't. You pay for what you get here. The customer service is excellent HERE though
I think Whatabirger is the largest burger out there. You better be hungry. I ate just over half. Delicious.
Umm I picked three stars because they were okay like after we ordered they kept staring at us like we were talking about them then one of the employees came out and walked near me and my sister almost pushed her and he didn't say excuse me like they need manners
What a great burger. Really is awesome. My kid had his first taste of a burger and fries there. We only do fast food once/twice a month. Happy to return to this spot.
This was our first time ever visiting a Whataburger and it will certainly be the last. They had no ice. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and the bun was hard. The fries were not even close to being hot. My husband got a burger, he asked for cheese and it came without it. The bun was also hard. Altogether a horrible lunch.
Their burgers are a good solid burger. They have good fries too. Their food is a definite step above McDonald's but not a gourmet burger place like Red Robin. But their price is on par with McDonald's and not Red Robin. Their current Salted caramel shake is my favorite shake of any burger place. Definitely a reason to eat there and not another burger place.
My favorite fast food place. Great burgers, great fries, great chicken. My kids love it too. I like the shakes best of any fast food place, also. They are about a dollar more expensive than the big three: mcD's, Burger King, Wendy's. But the improvement in the taste and quality is worth it.
I had to drop off my car at Pep Boys on Bell and 29ST. So i decided to walk over to Whataburger for breakfast. What a nice surprise to know they serve breakfast.its been a very long time that i had paid a stop to Whataburger. The breakfast meal was delicious (under 6.00). Friendly staff and with serviceable staff and the facility was clean. I will return for breakfast.
My favorite burger fast food chain. Ordered double cheeseburger with fajita veggies and avacado. Order was exactly right and the fries were fresh, hot, and crisp.
Well used to love going to whataburger every once and a while with my other half but not now after how I was treated just because I chose to exercise my 2nd adamant right. I'm sorry but if it's not posted at the door. You can't tell me I can't my gun on me when there. On top of that. By Arizona law you can't denie someone water either. I'm sorry but the security guard they have doesn't know the laws and has let his badge go to his head. Will NOT be returned to this store ever again!
Apparently they are very anti 2nd amendment. My friend and I went to get something to eat. While ordering the rent-a-cop asked if I was carrying a concealed weapon. I replied "yes sir I am. " He responded with "get out of the restaurant. " I stated that I have a permit and there is no sign. His response was "we dont need a sign. Get out. " I will be taking my future business elsewhere.
Not my favorite Whataburger. The location isn't great and it just doesn't seem clean here. The food isn't as good either.
I’d give it zero stars if I could. The staff consisted of 3 rowdy seemingly 16 year old boys, 1 older male and a young female. I waited for 25 minutes to get 4 simple burger meals and a salad. Frys were stale and cold, burger was dry and all you could taste is pure mustard. Never again. I’d rather eat a gas station frozen cheeseburger than this places’ “fresh” selection
Good a very good and big fast food Burger. You can choose whatever toppings you want to go on your burger which is a nice choice. It is a little bit pricey, when you compare it to In and Out Burger, but it is a much better change than going to a McDonald's or Burger King.
Very friendly staff. I also had a difficult order and they got it 100% correct. Most other places can't handle special requests when you change up a burger.
It was clean inside and the food was good. They delivered the food to the table and also came by with a tray of ketchups, salt, and other condiments. Great service!
