Whimsical Nails, Phoenix AZ

I have tried MANY nail salons throughout the valley over the last 20 years and this will be my forever nail place! They do an AMAZING job, reasonably priced, and friendly service. The husband and wife duo that owns and operates the establishment make their customers feel welcomed and like family! They are currently doing subtle renovations and upgrades. I can't wait to try the new pedicure chairs they are getting next week!

The owners did my daughter's nails and mine. They were so friendly and absolute perfectionists! Our nails are beautiful!

I was looking for a long-lasting dip manicure and am thrilled that after 10 days (and working a 4-day client event) that my nails still look just done! No chips at all (photos are day 10). The nail art was a big hit with my client (left hand) and my daughter (right hand) who is having my first grandchild. I will definitely be coming back!

The man that did my pedicure was very rude and aggressive for no reason. He practically threw the pedicure menu at me, he stabbed me in the toe multiple times (I didn't say anything because I of course assume it wasn't intentional) he didn't even finish the pedicure, the woman next to him working on the customer next to me had to finish it for me. Then when the time came to pay, the cashier asked me how much I wanted to tip and that man ran over to me amd stared me down so i felt pressured to leave a decent tip even though he hurt me multiple times and didn't complete pedicure.

Anna does an amazing job with my nails. I trust her and the rest of the team to keep my nails healthy and gorgeous! If you’re looking for someone to do amazing nail art, Anna should be your first choice!

I love this place! They are so friendly, so helpful and very reasonably priced. Appointments or walk in. They always remember me, my name, and my nieces who come with me a lot. They will always fix anything that happens and it's such a "homey" vibe when you're getting a service! We love Whimsical ️

I came here two days ago and got a pedicure and acrylics with gel French tip. They did a good job, they were extremely nice. I did not have an appointment and they were able to fit me in right away. I will return here.

This nail salon is my favorite! They take their time to do an amazing job every single time. All the staff is super nice and they do a great job making you feel welcome, and they're efficient with how they treat you. I can get a pedi and mani at the exact same time, and it doesn't matter who is doing the work, because they're all excellent! If you're thinking about trying this place, do yourself a favor and come. Because you're not going to find better quality and service anywhere else!

Bad customer service. Did nothing to set themselves apart from any other nail shop in town. Nails were done crooked, rushed. Hardly any good selection of nail colors. Not friendly techs. Pushy and rude. Won't be returning.

Everyone here is so friendly. They truly care about your comfort. She does amazing designs and most relaxing pedicure I've ever had!

Deim is my nail i went to her with what i had in mind. I should also say I got the same design from another nail spa and the nail tech botch it and Deim was able to understand and execute my nail design accurately. Never going anywhere else!
