Love the staff and selection here! My Grandma wanted the unattainable combination of metal and jewels in a pair of earrings for Christmas. Not only did White Mountain Jewelers search their store and catalogs for the desired combination, when they didn't find anything, they offered to create exactly the combination I was looking for. They had it created and ready for pickup asap. Grandma is going to have the best Christmas, and I'll be buying all of my jewelry here from now on!

Lost a diamond from my wedding ring was devastated, WMJ not only replaced it they also fixed the prongs on my main diamond and got it back to me in a week. Love their staff and their mascot Buddy is adorable. Taking in mor rings for them to fix.

I am 100% satisfied with the service I received at White Mountain Jewelers and am very happy to leave this positive review! I went in to get an estimate on sizing down my wedding ring after losing weight. My ring is a wide filigree band, which makes it more complicated to resize than a solid band.
Valerie greeted me right away and asked questions to narrow down what my needs were, then she patiently walked me through several options and gave clear pricing up front to help me decide. Because we live 2 hours from Show Low, she arranged to mail my ring to me upon completion and sent tracking info and kept me in the loop the whole time. The turn around time was faster than I expected and the price was extremely reasonable.
Now, I didn't mention to Valerie that I had gone to another jeweler before going to WMJ and was told there that the only option for my sizing issue was to do an add-on to the ring for an amount way over our budget. While I'm sure that the other jeweler's plan was a good one, I was shocked at the price quoted and felt like my little resize job was being upsold into something way more than I needed.
Then I remembered White Mountain Jewelers. There I was offered a much simpler spring option which works perfectly for me. I didn't feel pressured to choose anything I didn't want. My ring fits great without being too loose or tight, and it allows for future weight gain or loss.
I wholeheartedly recommend Valerie and White Mountain Jewelers for the excellent customer service, timeliness and very reasonable prices.

My ring was fixed well, and the delivery time was fast. The people were knowledgeable and friendly, and the price point was fantastic. I had been to other jewelers on the mountain for estimates, and there was no comparison. My ring is from the 1800s, and I wouldn’t leave it with just anyone. My husband and I are both completely happy with their service.
