5Excellent service. Timely and courteous service and delivery technicians. Like to be able to order through a website. Always worth the money.
The water is good quality, but the service and fees prompted me to cancel. The delivery person kept leaving extra bottles when I only had a contract for 3. I called a few times about this, but it kept happening. After cancelling services, I was charged for them to pick up their own bottles. Really? Sigh
If you are from a small town that has water you can actually drink from the faucet like me, you know what its supposed to taste like. Absolutely nothing. Its just water. Here you are basically tasting the pipes. Arrowhead and other bottled water with "minerals" added for flaver are kind of weird to me. Though this water has a flavor as well, I find it far less potent. Just my opinion. Also the delivery folks are nice, if you catch them they will bring your water inside for you.
Delivery was on time and now I have my O2 True Water, hyper-dissolved oxygen has changed my life!
