I could not believe how dirty and poorly maintained the homes were. Especially the outside. They looked 20 years old

Homes are beautiful but not worth the 1.2mill price tag. Their is nothing innovative or special about their homes. No heated floors, automatic sliding door in the living room.their is not even a steam bathroom for this ridiculous price.
