The staff seem friendly and knowledgeable. They even bring their dog out to play with the kids, their pet peacock on site is a fun attraction for them as well. We will be back and continue to do business here.

Service was beyond knowledge. We bought a tree and walked through the lot for over an hour with Barb. She talked us through all the pluses and minuses of tons of different trees. Highly recommend!

This place is so great. Such a huge variety of trees and plants (both indoor and outdoor). Barb helped us and was so wonderful and patient while she educated us and helped us choose a tree. If you need outdoor plants, indoor plants, pots.etc.go here!

I've been going to Whitfills nursery since 2018. I've never had a bad encounter. My last visit was very pleasant with a young lady who was very helpful and explained about the caring of each plant in question.
The guys that work the property are friendly/ helpful and very knowledgeable.
I purchased more than what I planned because of their customer service that day!
As apparent as things are today with customer service that's lacking tremendously, is why I'm leaving this review for their legendary customer service.

The selection and service is a step above. Not only did they help guide us on what plants to get as a gift for our boss who loves cactus, they planted them in the pot we purchased free of charge.

Whitfill’s is my happy place. I absolutely love their selection. Prices are reasonable and they aren’t pushy. They allow you to browse leisurely. Only thing I need is for them to hire me!

Made a quick stop to pick up purple sweet potato vine. Will have to come back to get better aquatinted with this nursery. Found what I was looking for.

I've done the research for everybody who's reading this review don't bother with any other nursery as they are all a laughing joke with their prices. This spot not only guarantees and uphold their promises but their prices are unbeatable see for yourself apples to apples called Moon valley and they were over $6,000 more stick with Whitfield they're the best!

Love coming here for the beautiful environment and a nice place to get a fresh breath of air with my children.

The staff was super helpful and they have some really good deals on some desert landscaping flowers and needs

We have gotten our Christmas tree from one of their lots every year for as long as I can remember! They are always high quality trees, and don't come sprayed and who knows what like some other places sell. This was our first year getting one from the permanent nursery here on Southern and it was the excellent experience which we have come to expect. We will continue to be loyal customers!

I really wish I could give this place 5 stars. It's beautiful and the selection of plants is amazing. I left my cart of plants near the register to go look at some others near by, and while I was away from it the employees had crossed out all the prices on the buckets and changed one from $50 to $49.99 and made the others all more expensive. When I came back and said something they gave me a bunch of different excuses like how they reuse plant bucket and can't be bothered to adjust the price while doing that or how it would take forever to "correct" every miss priced plant pot and how different shipments were different prices. None of the excuses made sense to me. One of the employees argued with me about the pricing, he was an older gentleman that I was told was incharge of all pricing, while the others stood by watching. They refused to honor the initial price on the plants I wanted to get. After paying I asked for more plastic for my car and the quiet employees made jokes under their breath loud enough for me to hear and be extremely uncomfortable. I've gone to this nursery a hand full of times prior and never had an issue, but I had also never left my plant cart by the register unattended either. I felt super taken advantage of and it seems really unfair to change a clearly marked price at the register.

Long time family business that grows their own plants. I got a gorgeous white iceberg rose plant there and when I took it home my husband was so impressed with it we went back the next day and got another one.
They grow plants that can handle the hot dry climate we have here.
Huge inventory. Not like the big chain stores that sell over fertilized plants that die on you.

Nice selection. You get quality plants and trees here. Extra great selection of fruit trees too. I recommend this nursery.

The one in Gilbert is a 5 star! They're amazing with a great selection and fantastic service. The one in Phoenix is over run with pests that have their plants looking worse than rescue plants from Walmart. Also not the best service.
