I'll be honest - I don't shop at Whole Foods (in part because I find them artificially expensive) ; however, I am writing this review because I went to use the Amazon returns booth (at the front of the store).
. And we were a pain. We couldn't find our return QR code, my wife's mobile phone wasn't working so we couldn't confirm her account via text, etc.etc. After 20 minutes (doing something that should have taken 2 minutes) we finally sorted it out.
And I am writing this review because the staff was AMAZING. Patient, calm, polite and helpful. It's almost enough to make me rethink my shopping preferences.

Whole Foods is awesome as usual, but the parking structure here was not designed for big trucks so getting there was actually scary.

Great whole foods addition in a popular part of of the ASU campus area. Large hot food/salad bar selection and many other staples you’d expect to find at WF.

One way street so it’s hard to get to… typically I just drive the wrong way there like everyone else though. Typical Whole Foods.

Big disappointment! We decided to try the food bar for brunch.verdict is Not Worth the time or taste and waste of money.

I got the Paleo Garlic Egg Muffins (verdict: NO FLAVOR), Jalapeno Beef Barbacoa (verdict: WAY TOO SALTY) and Carnitas (WAY TOO FATTY). All of the food I got were a mild warm. NOT hot. You're being charged by weight so make sure you dig out all that unwanted FAT/WEIGHT. I also saw flies swarming around the food bar and at our table. Also, they need shade/blinds to block out some/most of the sun. I can only imagine during the summer, the heat/UV will be significantly worse.

Then when we exited and went to our car and saw "Compact Car" painted on the concrete ground where you return your shopping carts. What is up with that?

(So, owner you saw my review why don't you forward my review to Whole Foods, I shouldn't have to.another great reason why Whole Foods fail to treat customers with respect.)

As if the overpriced food (though admittedly delicious) and pretentious customer base isn't bad enough, I was accused of stealing and attacked by an employee. Literally. The accuser/employee attacked me.
He grabbed my backpack as I walked away to yank me back and as I jerked to pull myself free he played tug-of-war with me and my bag until it broke. At which point he proceed to push me to the ground and pull a taser out of his pocket, threatening me and screaming "do you want me to tase you? ! " (Idk if he thought I might take him up on the offer by asking?)
He then held the taser pointed at me so that he could go through my backpack, throwing my things out of it on to the ground.
After he finished his search, which resulted in him finding no stolen items because I didn't steal anything, he said "Don't mess with me. I'm not the one. Don't come back here. "
Mind you, this was not security, nor loss prevention. Just some jerk bagging groceries with a Whole Foods polo on that got bullied in high school and was too out of shape to pass the police academy.
I assure you I will not be going back. Don't you worry.

What a mess! Parking is a nightmare, pretentious help were no help.

I was passed to other employees who didn't know any more than the first one.

I had to ask them to call someone who might know what I was looking for.

Rude staff that doesnt know the code to their own restroom. They're happy to tell you that only the front desk has it and they dont know it. Which makes perfect sense because why would they want anyone to have the code for the restroom that they provide for their customers to use supposedly.

It a beautiful store and convenient if your staying at The Local, but the selection of items are not as great as they were 2 years ago

Everyone working here is polite and helpful.they've even helped me find obscure items. It's clean, efficient, everything you could ask for in a store.

Clean store, fresh food and produce. But I especially loved the part where I got followed around the store by the secret shopper the whole time because I had sweats and a baggy shirt on and they assumed I was homeless because I'm pregnant and wasn't feeling well.

I happen to work in the apartments above this WF. They really do have the best fresh meat and veg. Not a fan of their pre cooked items, but it's my goto for healthy ingredients.

Great selection of food and other items.
They do need to replace the food in the buffet. It was almost empty dried up and old. I would have gotten some food if it was fresh. However, they are probably down employees like every other place

This grocery store is truly amazing! It was all reasonable and of good quality. The items were exceptionally coordinated. They have genuinely extraordinary client care.
