Ok these guys are the best.was closing on a house scheduled a installation showed up on time and had everything up and running in less than two hours thank you

They won't work on evap coolers. That is disappointing as my unit is an evaporative cooler. I am disabled and my husband is an amputee. They gave me every reason in the book why they won't come out.

Had an issue with the existing unit in the home we just bought. After a long (and I mean LONG) battle with the warranty company, we were finally ready to fix the problem! Wickenburg Air was the best part of getting this fixed. Within a week of us notifying them we were ready to go, they were installing our new unit! Crew had a whole new unit installed and working beautifully in about three hours. Even let us use a couple portable units while fighting with the warranty company so our dogs and us stayed comfortable. Will be recommending for sure!

We needed help with a unit with a particular twist. Called Wickenburg Air in the morning and received a very timely call back. We happened to be on Lee's route and he stopped by to see what he could help us with. He had us up and running, along with a great explanation of our unit, within the hour. Highly impressed and will absolutely call on this company again for preventive maintenance and repairs. Thank you!

These guys did an excellent job and had excellent customer service! They came out to do a service on our older heat pump. We had bought the house two years prior and had never serviced the unit. They performed the service and found that there was an issue with it running longer than it should. Parts were ordered and when they installed the parts the heat would not work anymore. Lee only charged me for the parts and not the labor. Lee told me he couldn’t charge me if the unit was now not working. (It was working prior, it just ran longer than it was supposed to). The reason it wouldn’t blow warm air was that by installing the new parts he was able to see that a valve was now required to make a complete fix for this unit. Once we made the decision to go ahead and fix the unit rather than replace it, they ordered the parts. As soon as the parts came in they were over immediately to fix the unit. They did such an awesome job and came right on time because we were experiencing some extremely cold weather. They were super nice in making us a priority! We will definitely go to Wickenburg Air when we replace our unit.

How to stop a Trane. Revised 28 Jan 2020 - Thank You Dave Lund! Your continued pursuit of the issues after the repair is very much appreciated and the end result is exemplary! A big thanks to everyone who was involved in the process.
3 Jan, Wickenburg Air was out and repaired/replaced parts. Thank You Guys! It's been a long 2 months and realize you had to to wait for Trane to do their thing. Appreciate you jumping in after 6 weeks to start tracking what was going on.
30 Dec: Part shipped, to be picked up tomorrow, Mr. Lund set up an appt for install of all the parts for Thurs, Jan 2. Keeping fingers crossed.
27 Dec: Trane has NOT manufactured part yet, 7 weeks now, will be in low teens 2nite, 20's for week. Thank you Mr. Lund for researching and tracking down information finally. Hoped you could take the part from a unit in supply, look forward to a solution.
Revised 26 Dec after Mr. Lund called back to answer my questions, confirming it is Trane that is holding up the part, manufacturing, shipping promise etc. Good to know as Trane will NOT be a future replacement furnace in other house. Thank you Mr. Lund for taking the time to call me and provide answers. Still need a solution from Trane as temps are getting in the 20s at night again and appreciate your pursuit of a resolution. Will continue to revise my rating as a solution gets nearer.
24 Dec - 6 weeks still waiting for a part on a 3 year old heat pump system. No heat this Christmas! I always call, they don't call back, get the same person who apparently isn't answering phone in the office. No call back from service person, rep or owner and get same answer every time, Trane hasn't sent part and Rep is out on call outside of cell service. Maybe there will be heat for New Year? And yes, their office is closed on weekends but for time and half fee, they can be contacted.

They came out and got our air conditioner working the same day we called! If you are having issues with your a/c I highly recommend wickenburg air.

We are very impressed with the response and resolving of our AC problem. We have a developmentally/physically disabled daughter. On July 3,2019 we realized we were having issues with our unit. Although we had no scheduled appointment a technician was dispatched when I made them aware of our daughter. As it was the day before a major holiday I feared we wouldn't be able to get it repaired. After a brief diagnosis we realized we would need a new unit. Long story short.it was resolved by day's end and we couldn't be more pleased. We now have a much more efficient unit and I could tell the difference immediately! Thank you Lee.

SECOND UPDATE: my experience is improving. They sent a tech out and he was very quick to sort out the issue and explained the problem to me with detail. The suggestion is replacement, so now we will see how quickly that gets done. My first impression is still not great, since it took all weekend to get a phone call or a person out. Not a 24hr/7day a week business. FIRST UPDATE: they've called me back at last and I am second up this morning. I'm still annoyed about the timing, so now we get to see how these folks do on getting the job done. Communication though, still not thrilled. Our first request for service took a week to get a tech out, and calls from the owner, the manager, and myself. Now a week after they "fixed it" without leaving an invoice or communicating with anyone, the system is out again as of Friday. It's been three days since the unit went out and I called them. The infruriating part is the advertising of 24/7 emergency service but closed for the weekend. Not a single AC company closes for the weekend in the summer.

I got five estimates to replace a blown heat pump coil and install a condenser. Wickenburg Air won hands down. After a few insurance salesman types selling packages and payment plans (it was getting painful) first contact with Wickenburg Air was a huge breath of relief. I got exactly what I was looking for; a no nonsense professional installation at reasonable price.

I am in the stage of getting proposals on 2 new units to replace the ageing units current on our home. Wickenburg Air was the only company to come out and measure my home, analyze the windows and placement, size of inside ceilings, current insulation, etc. Then Dave just left after spending an hour with me showing me several pages of analysis on what size and seer would be best for my home. I haven't decided which units yet, but it will certainly be with Wickenburg Air. I was very impressed! Thank you for all the pre-work hours you spent in preparation of explaining to me in person with documentation.
