Wild Katz - Children's Adventure Playground, Tucson AZ

Awesome place! Love to take my little sister while I work on homework. Joe and Gilberto were especially helpful with keeping the place clean!

Garrick was awesome with our birthday party we attended! Wild Katz is so fun for both my 7 and 3 year old. We’ve been multiple times and always have had great experiences. Get more people like Garrick and you guys will be set

As a single father, Wild Katz has been a life saver!
My life is a bit overwhelming right now, and it's really nice to have a constructive place like this for the kids to burn energy while I get to spend time with me.

I'm at WildKatz EVERY weekend.
Staff here are generally pretty nice.
There are 2 employees, though; that have repeatedly been exceptionally nice and helpful!

Genesis (short, very pretty, darker skin, couple piercings i think)
This girl is much nicer and more patient than most people (anywhere), and it shows. ALWAYS treats my little kids with respect and attention, and is ALWAYS Helpful and able to answer ANY questions. She's ALWAYS busy doing something; as a working professional, this is something that really stands out.

Noah (long hair, wears a beanie, has a lot of piercings) super nice guy; goes WAY beyond what's expected, and repeatedly goes out of his way to help people. This guy ia an All Star!

So if you're a parent, and need a place ro go with little ones; this place is awesome!
And if you need help while there, there are some really nice people working there; if in doubt, seek out either of the 2 mentioned above.

My children loved it. They had a lot of fun playing for my nieces birthday party. The area for children under 5 was really cute also and decent sized. We went for 2hrs with mostly children 5 and under which seemed to be plenty of time for them to play if you didn't want to pay to go all day.

My grandkids love this place! Would like to acknowledge Noah. Great employee, very kind and accommodating. He is a keeper!

We took our 2 year old grand daughter, she had a blast. It is definitely a great way to burn off a little ones extra energy. I'm sure she will sleep well tonight.

Kazzandra and Jeremiah took good care of us up at wild Katz. This place is great for kids and tubes slides rock climbing and. Gelly ball is the bomb I have never seen that anywhere before

Noah was absolutely fantastic! We always enjoy his presence, and he’s our daughter’s favorite Kat! He has great customer service and keeps us coming back for more. We’re very happy members.

Highly recommend coming to wild katz. Staff is great specifically a young gentleman by the name of Noah. Play area is sparkly clean!

Update: I found out it was a lot of bad timing on my initial visit with the membership issues. They have adjusted some of the policies and membership. The only rough spot was check-in, but thats actually the level of security they take to ensure child safety. They are working on speeding up that process soon. We enjoyed our return visit and will continue our membership and bring the kids often. Now we are planning a kids party to utilize the more features offered.

I don't know if it is a new thing, but they only believe in 4 day weeks, Friday is a weekend? It's not stated on their websight that to visit on a Friday, it's considered a weekend, and you have to pay for the premium membership, Beware of unclear practices in policies of membership (it's not in any of the sign up papers when we became members, and it's not on the websight) Don't bother talking to staff at the location because they will just say "that's not my job". If you do try to mention it to someone else via the contact us link on the websight you can't because it's not a functional link. Email is out of the option because info@ is undeliverable. They are great at taking your money, but you can't talk to anyone if an issue arises. Sad to leave this as the only other way to possibly contact them or warn others of the issues.

This place is INCREDIBLE! OMG take it from me stay at home parents. Working parents, working Gparents, retired Gparents, Aunts Uncles this is the place to bring your kids. The owner is so sweet and personable. We enjoy our membership that helps our 1yr old socialize as A only child who doesn't go to day care and have similar age family. She loves every trip we take here and we love it too.

WildKatz provides a fantastic service at a great value. Jordan and his staff are friendly and helpful. We’ve been coming for years and members for several months. They’re constantly investing in the facilities. We’ve also used their birthday party service. Garret was so attentive and helpful, checking in often to ensure we had everything we needed.
