Was supposed to met at my home for quote on a job. No showed even with a 3 hour window of time for the appt. Not a very professional company to do business with.

This place is not open 24 hrs. They have an answering service stating someone will call back with an ETA and they never do! If you want you AC / Heating system fixed your better off calling someone else!

They gave me an estimate, then overcharged me. When I called to pay the estimate I was given they were rude and threatened to send me to collections. I paid the bill and will now by my new A/C from someone else. Plus they never emailed me my invoice, I am still trying to get it.

We had Luke come by to do a system check pre-summer A/C use. Prompt and honest evaluation, reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Wildcat representative/technician was very thorough and informative. Took his time checking all possible issues with air conditioner and spoke with me about same. I would recommend anyone with cooling issues to give this company a call.

This is by far the best company to work with they have short arrival window only 2 hours and came out the same day also call when they are on the way and super honest and fair! You get what you pay for with wildcat period. AC was back working in less than 2 hours of calling them.

Wildcat has been great to deal with on this huge investment project. Explanations and discussion of the equipment were thorough and helpful. I had a total of four companies out to make bids, and theirs was pretty much in the middle range, though quite comparable to others which seemed reasonable. Installation was done for two AC units in two days. So far I'm very pleased with the new equipment. Super quiet, really effective cooling. I'm very glad to have had Wildcat do this job!

First day of heat in Tucson the year of 2019. Turn on my air conditioner it ran for seconds and shut down. I called Devin Wildcat Heating and Cooling. He send out a technician who soon determined that compressor could not be repaired. This was on a Tuesday. By Friday I had a completely new system installed and working. In the interim Wildcat had a temporary AC that worked great. Wildcat sure earned 5 stars for this help.

They were able to come by and look at my AC the same day. The technician came by and was able to get my AC working again all before I had to go to work. I will definitely use again.

We had wildcat come out after we got a high quote from D&H about parts that needed replaced after our tune-up. Luke was very nice and told us that all our parts where within spec and didn’t need to change them out. So glad we got that second opinion, saving us over $600. Definitely will call Wildcat Heating & Cooling for maintenance and service from now on.

Great technician, Matt came to investigate our issue as we are selling our house! He was poliit, quicy and the work completed was outstanding. Fast and reliable!

I called to make an appointment and they were able to send someone the same day. Matt showed up in a timely manner and did a thorough checkup on my AC system. I was impressed with his knowledge of the systems and felt like he gave his unbiased opinion on the results of his testing. The price was also reasonable based on other quotes I received. We will use Wildcat Heating and Cooling again.

Jacob was a very knowledgeable and friendly tech. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got me up and running in no time. After he was done I received a very thorough diagnostic report for my whole system; amazing. What a great added service from Wildcat!

These guys were great. Their response was quick. They were honest and upfront and my AC was fixed the same day.

I was grateful for the phone call telling me that there was going to be a delay in the arrival time. Lucas was friendly, but I wished he had used shoe covers since he did walk across the babies play mats and left shoe prints. Other than taking a look on the roof and giving me an estimate for a new AC gas pack, there was little else said. I have had 3 other companies come out and take a more thorough look at my duct system and the placement of my returns. Circulation in my house is a problem and this never addressed as an issue. The quoted price was about the same as the other companies but with never a mention of reworking my ductwork and adding a new return. It was just a very basic " here's the estimate for a new 4 ton 16 SEER AC". I didn't bring up any of my issues wondering if the technician would address first. Not sure if I have enough confidence to pay a good chunk of money to this company based on what I feel was a minimal inspection of what my HVAC needs are.

Good service and folks cleaned up after themselves. Didn't leave until they made sure my new unit worked perfectly.

Found on home advisor and were very pleasantly surprised. Luke was thourough, courteous and knowledgeable.
Not pushy, very helpful about exsisting units in service.
