After finding a great coupon for an oil change online, we scheduled the first available drop off appt.which was 3 days out, which was fine. When we arrived to drop off the vehicle the gentleman that assisted us seemed annoyed that we knew about the coupon and was short with us once determining we weren’t interested in other services. When asked for a general idea about completion of the oil change, he rudely responded before closing at 5. When my husband returned to pick up the vehicle he was told that we needed tires, which we had already had checked, and since they were worn they didn’t rotate them or put air in them, which were supposed to be included with the oil change. After driving away my husband also noticed that the oil change light was not turned off after it was changed. Again the coupon was great but if you don’t add on the other recommended services from them the quality of the service is poor.

Yikes! My brakes were shot. Wilhelm Automotive did the repair and had me back on the road that evening. I would highly recommend them. From my first phone call to estimate to picking up my car it was a pleasant experience.

Absolutely amazing service. Tow truck brought my car in at about 930 due to overheating, and car was done by 230. Great price too.

I know they will contact me with whatever the problem is, and know that I can depend on them to fix my problems.

I tried to schedule an oil change they didn't have anything available for 5 days. Repeatedly called me the wrong name even after I corrected them. The only reason I am leaving 2 starts is the they replaced the oil drain plug on their own accord. They tried to tell me I needed new tires and there was only 1/16 tread left on them. I had been to discount tire the previous week and called back and they told me it was 7/8 tread left and verified that myself after I left. I walked out of their with a 165 dollar bill for an oil change and a cabin air filter definitely won't be going back despite how close it is.

They _cannot_ manage to do the services requested or keep good notes on what was requested. Wouldn't recommend going here unless you enjoy several round-trips. They also attempted to charge me for a tow that I'd paid for myself.

I was in contact with Jessica all day. I had dropped off my car for a new alternator and would call often to check on it. She was always so paitent with me and did not once sound annoyed i kept calling like most places do! I will definitely be coming back for any work i need done.

Courteous and prompt service, including Lyft home and back again! My first time there for my Honda Accord's routine maintenance plus new tires. I will return.

Went in for tires and came out with my engine running better than when I bought it. Talk to Mike, he'll do right by you.

Friendly people and the service was good.i did have an appointment and the oil change took an hour and half.with a 10 dollar coupon the oil change came out to $73.00.i thought that was a little pricey.i probably won’t return because of the wait and price but i do think it is a reputable place that does good work.

Needed a new fuel return line because gas was puddling under my car due to corrosion. Part was on back order but I needed my car that afternoon. The mechanic did a temporary repair which completely fixed the leak. It's been a few days and I haven't seen any leakage whatsoever. A little pricey but worth it considering I needed the repair pretty immediately.

Needless to say nobody is Happy paying a big service bill but we all need our vehicles. The service I got there is good the one person that stood out the most was Jeff because when I went to pick my car up I was in a very depressed mood because of my fee but dealing with him he picked me up a little bit when his attitude. He should always be at the front desk greeting people maybe not giving us the bad news about how much are car is going to cost cuz nobody should be mad at him. You're a great guy Jeff Pleasant attitude stay that way

Wilhelm off Thomas in Arcadia is always the steady, reliable and trustworthy automobile servicing vendor I can count on. They will be 100% honest and transparent about which services your car needs immediately, which can be put off for a bit and which you should keep a very close eye upon.

The only gripe I had wasn’t even Wilhelm’s fault - I was simply hoping after years of servicing a bmw that I could count on “cheap” oil changes for my new Honda Accord. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case as I should’ve known my car only takes 100% synthetic. Obviously not anything Wilhelm could do about that, but they nonetheless took the time to explain to me why my car wasn’t eligible for the $20 (with coupon) oil change and what I should expect moving forward.

The most important aspect of any automobile servicing business is trustworthiness, and Wilhelm Automotive definitely has - and likely always will have - my trust.
