I started my Invisalign journey with Williams Orthodontics by a referral from my dental office Mountain Vista Dental Care, even though the Invisalign journey has been very structured, it has been such a reward to see my weekly change and know it’s working! I can confidently say I LOVE my experience and the family culture William Orthodontics brings to life every time I come in.
My experience has been smooth, no pain and WONDERFUL!

Dr. Williams office is amazing place to get braces. He answered almost every question I had and took his time with me and educated me during my exam. The staff is wonderful and everyone is so welcoming. Who doesn’t like an office with a great staff and who loves what they do. Every office I’ve been in had rushed my appointment and they didn’t seem to know any questions I had. This office definitely takes their time in each of my appointments and actually involves me in my treatment plan. So if you’re look for a place for your family or just yourself this is the office to be at!

If you're going to use this particular orthodontist, I would recommend getting a second opinion first. We saw Dr Williams, he was in for about 5 mins, where he told us we needed to pull one of my son's teeth and start braces immediately. I didn't feel good about pulling the tooth so I got another consult elsewhere. That Dr said NOT to pull the tooth (to preserve the bone!), provided me with a ton of information, took his time, and doesn't recommend braces for at least 3 years - glad I trusted my gut. The front office staff is nice enough but it seems like Dr Williams is in a hurry and just in it for the money unfortunately.

Absolutely love this place. Dr Williams and his staff have been so awesome. They’re all super easy to work with and take their time to help answer any questions we’ve had. They have great payment options that can work for anyone. I can’t believe the progress my daughter has had in a year with her Invisiligns. I would recommend Williams Orthodontics to anyone.

Clean and friendly environment. Mandy was so great with my son. He was nervous about his consultation for braces and she made him feel comfortable and a little more at ease about the process. The doctor came in after and was great at explaining the process and reassuring my son.

Always fantastic, kind and helpful, totally brilliant. Love love love Esther she’s been amazing putting up with me every visit. Michele out in reception is just so wonderful. And of course Dr Noel himself. Thankyou I love my new teeth.

This is hands down some of the best experiences I’ve received for dental care. The facility has all the state of the art technology to make your visits very easy. The staff has some of the best customer service I've ever seen. They are very personable and they really make an effort to get to know you. I’ve never felt more welcomed, and it means a lot to me. I’m always excited to come back, and I never feel stressed to see them. I couldn’t recommend them more. From what I’ve seen, they’ve taken care of all age groups. Excellent service.

Dr. Williams and his staff is the best in the business. The facility is amazing, the staff is friendly and full of energy, and the environment is one of family! I am a fan and will always recommend this team!

Initial wait time was long. New retainer was not made to match the original. It was not to include lower molars. Might need to return. Time will tell. Staff very pleasant.

I had an appointment this morning, I was greeted by a delightful young woman with a smile. After filling out paperwork I was promptly taken to the back by another friendly face and the details of Invisalign Treatment were throughly explained. Some brief pictures were taken of my smile and a panoramic and then the Dentist came in and explained my personal treatment plan. I have to say, I enjoyed this very warm, friendly, professional experience very much. The office was very clean and prices very affordable,

My permanent retainer broke last night, and they were able to get me in today. I have to say I’m very impressed with the office, the staff and the fact they worked with me on what I needed done. I haven’t had braces or a need for an orthodontist in more than 10 years.but after today, I’ll be taking my kid here when it’s time. 10/10 stars!

This is definitely a great orthodontist. Been here twice for braces once as a child and again about a year ago. They’re usually super friendly but some of the girls can be a little snobby. ANYWAYS my main focus here is that when you need a replacement plastic retainer they will right away say “insurance will not cover it” without them ever checking! I personally have Cigna dental & Cigna DOES cover HALF the replacement cost! Even when I told the office my insurance will cover half they continue to try to fight me and say insurance will not cover it! After I gave them the pre-auth code my insurance gave to me to have the orthodontist call them, the front office lady called me back & said yes my insurance will cover half. DOUBLE CHECK WITH YOUR INSURANCE IF YOU OR YOUR CHILD NEED A REPLACEMENT PLASTIC RETAINER!

Dr Williams has done everything to get my smile perfect:) I’m halfway there. The staff is great too. They actually remember who you are when you come in and they are all so friendly.

This orthodontist is the absolute BEST! The entire team goes above and beyond to ensure all your needs are met. Wouldn’t go anywhere else ever.
