The worst customer service I’ve had! I made a purchase online, and after making the transaction, I was informed that they charged me $18 to pick up an item in the store. Their customer service was slow and inefficient. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, specially for brides to be. Worst service ever for bridal registry!

For rich snobs! Staff is snooty. Everything is overpriced. I felt very degraded and will never go back there again.

All the employees were so friendly and helpful. I enjoy looking @ all the seasonal displays for home inspiration. Such a selection for the perfect gifts. Always prestin & organized.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Went into store to buy a couple of items today and much to my chagrin, we found out they discontinued the military discount.
Shameful! Went next door to Crate and Barrel and they still offer their military discount to all military and veterans. I encourage all military and veterans to stop patronizing stores, restaurants and others who clearly don’t appreciate the sacrifices we made for our country by offering any type of discount. Please STOP shopping at Williams Sonoma, and START shopping at Crate and Barrel. How sad that you discontinue your program for vets and military due to COVID. It wasn’t much, but it was support that we felt and we don’t feel it anymore.

Williams Sonoma always has cool and unique things for the kitchen. I always shop here and I recommend to anyone serious about cooking.

I had gone to this store to buy a small food processor that I saw on their online store. A gentleman told me he would check if it was in stock. After spending few minutes in the store waiting for him to come back he went about his business standing in the middle of the store where the counters were without speaking to me. Sometime later, a lady approached me and said it was not in stock. Long story short, bad customer service even when there are hardly any other customers in the store and secondly, they do not keep much in stock - better to order online if you do not mind waiting for few weeks to be delivered.

I purchased the three-piece soap with stainless steel caddy online. I am very pleased with the unit and think it was worth the money. I picked the pink grapefruit and it does refresh you.

How many Williams-Sonoma floor staffers does it take to pull a pre-paid item I walked-in for? It takes 3.

The fact that my friend runs a business and tries to shop here to get supplies and gets TOTALLY ignored makes me sick. Also the fact that i tried to call the store and speak to the store manager (Monica) all she could talk about was the product that wasnt in the store versus the customer service that is SEVERELY lacking. Ive been to this store to see it myself and this is how they treat people. They have conversations amongst themselves and when a customer approaches it seems as if they are agitated by the disruption. I won't ever nor let anyone i know shop at this location again!

DO NOT USE Williams Sonoma - especially if you're counting on using the product as a gift or even for Christmas. I ordered their specialty Star Wars product on Dec 8th for my Christmas shopping. I even saw the charge hit my account. Then ten days later I received an email alert that there was something wrong with the order and to please call them. The charge on my account was also suddenly gone. After waiting on hold for a while I reached a very not helpful person who instructed me that the product was on backorder and they had paused the transaction until it would be available on Dec 30th. I was frustrated, not only because I'd JUST seen another Facebook ad for the product but now the Christmas gift would be late. Still, I agreed. I waited until this week as it's now past the holidays, past the date they said the product would be available, I'm still seeing ads for the product on FB and the charge has yet to hit my account again. So I called again, waited on hold AGAIN, and was told that the status of the order was now marked "insufficient payment" and had been "canceled". I argued this to no avail then finally said "Whatever, what will it take to get the product". They said I could reorder with them right then. Then the poor girl spent 15 minutes searching for the product only to realize the product was.on backorder once more. I told the girl she was very helpful (she really did the best she could) but I was extremely frustrated with this entire process. After I hung up, Williams Sonoma then had the audacity to email me a follow-up message asking how I liked the product (which I'd never received and was apparently canceled) and to please rate their service. Wish granted Wiliams Sonoma. The service was terrible (aside from the last poor girl who tried so hard to help). Update your ads. Stop offering products that are on backorder. Learn to better communicate order issues/inventory issues to your customers.

It took 10 rings this morning for someone to answer the phone, finally it got answered. The WS employee did not know what popover pans were. After explaining four times I was informed they did have any. I asked the question, did they really not have any or did she just not know! ’

Love their selection of items. However, stopped in over the weekend and was the third person in line. They only had one register going, but 4-5 people behind the counter doing various things. By the time it was my turn, there were four more people behind me waiting to check out.

They have a huge selection of quality kitchen supplies (gadgets) for a slightly higher price. At this location they need further training on how to spot a shop lifter. I'm in loss prevention and can spot the LP employees every time. There's no reason to be following the grandma who is keeping her 3 year old granddaughter from knocking all of the merchandise off of the shelves while the 3 year old's mom shops. It was so intrusive and it made the grandma feel uncomfortable so she walked out even though she was planning on spending money in the store. The mom put her stuff back and left without buying anything as well.
