Wingstop, Phoenix AZ

Went into location to pick up my order. It told me that I needed to be there in 26 minutes. I ordered at 11: 25pm. And got there. At 1150pm which they told me the order barely had came in and I had to wait another 26 minutes for my food. They said that the online is messed up where it's not getting things connected. But I noticed an employee talking to another employee and they say that they made the wrong order but they didn't make mine Also stated then I got here a little late that my food would have been cold so now it's gonna be fresh ask for corporate number noone had it.

So, I ordered all bone-in (original hot) (barbecue) and (hot honey rub) flavors. I always get my wings well done because it ends up with this crisp outside that is the most irresistible contrast to its soft meaty middle! That limited time, hot honey rub is a must try! I loved it. It's spice level is less than mild, and the strength of taste is not at all overbearing.

Terrible place. We ordered carryout and waited until our order was finished on the app. We then went in and they only gave us our cup and we had to wait another 20 minutes even though carryout is supposed to already have your order as soon as you go in. Terrible place with lazy workers on their phone

Horrible customer service. They had accidentally given my online order to someone else and didn't even tell me until I came up to the window 20 minutes after my supposed pick up time to ask whats going on. I ended up waiting 35 minutes after my pick up time and was not offered a drink, a side or anything. If you're making your customers wait a half an hour extra, at least have the decency to offer something for the inconvenience.

Why because they didn't want to do there job. Whomever is this nightshift team SUCKS 4/21/23 - 850p discouraged us to order they told us 40 minutes u can see restaurant is empty. Bunch of lazy youngsters. And I bet the manager is 18 lol.we still ordered anyway. Smh and wingstop USE to be my favorite wingstop. Looks like I'll be going to LongWongs in near future.

Placed an order online and went to pick up 20 minutes later just to be told that the employee turned off the online system for some reason. 2 other customers walked out without food because they didn’t want to wait 20 more minutes. Other than that food is usually good.

I went to Wingstop on 4239 w McDowell Rd. I was there Feb 25 2023 I wanted to ordered two more wings the general manager Chris give me a horrible attitude because I wanted to two more wings which I I was willing to pay for. General manager was telling me that's enough and told me to get out how does someone like this become employee must less become a general manager the host Yesenia was sweet and the other employee was nice it was the Chris the general manager that was horrible to me I never cause issues with anyone and I have never been treated like this that experience cause to never want to step in Wingstop again

I work the night shift - take my lunch at midnight - so I leave early to catch them B4 they close and their always on point with my order - sometimes its not just me lol -

Awful. Fries were cold. I ordered over the phone and picked up the order within the pickup the frame. I live 2 minutes away. The fries were ice cold when I got home and the boneless wings had fatty tendons throughout the chicken. All bread. Barely any hot sauce on them. Worst I've ever had from Wingstop.

Really bad food! My boyfriend ordered us a meal and the chicken was super bad, a little smelly, and the fries were over salted. They had a questionable amount of salt and we're also very cold. And I just have to bring up again how bad that chicken was. Full of tendons and things, rubbery, and no care was taken with that food. Left with a bad taste in my mouth. Literally.

Every day the service is worst with these stupid young people.
The manager on Tuesday at noon especially also the employees parking in front of the store.

This store is ridiculous you have one worker between 5-close you wait like 2 hours for your meal to be cooked I won't come back here or eat at any of you're other locations if it's like this I will be calling you're corporate office to see what's up with this sort of thing

If I can give no stars I would this place wouldn't recommend. THIS PLACE STINKS! I had and order of wings and didn't get any fries I called back and the lady said she would make them but then never told me when to pick them up and hung up on me in plain conversation. I am absolutely disgusted by this place. Also they are very unprofessional the girls in the front are always on their phone

I know the wings are fried in oil but whether I took a bite of a wing or tender my mouth was drenched in oil. The plate even had oil flooding in the corners. Couldn’t enjoy the food. Usually no complains but today 6/20 around 6pm was something else. Service is always friendly
