It's nice for workers to have fun but they are having way to much fun since orders take way to long, i only ordered one large fries and it took 40 minutes, unacceptable.it's not the restaurant that's bad, it's honestly the workers

Ordered from wingstop. Never got my order, wingstop made me call door dash to have them connect me with wingstop to get a refund. They hired door dash not me.

I was being waited on my young lady and I was asking a question and older woman with grey hair asked me my name and I replied what is your name this interaction occurred again where she asked me my name I replied again what is your name? I was confused as why she was interfering with the younger employee and myself! Anyhow she turns around and walks back towards a heavier set employee and proceeded to talk about me as though I had personally been disrespectful to the younger employee which wasn’t the case.this employee turned around and looked at me with disgust!
I’m disappointed as customer to be treated in this manner by this individual and the woman who she spoke to.

CUSTOMER SERVICE By this Older Woman and the employee who she shared her interaction with Need Customer Service Training.

I’ll Never Return Here Nor Do I Recommend This Franchise Location.

Unfortunately there’s something to say about patronizing a Corporate Business opposed to a Franchise, Corporate Businesses hold all staff accountable.

I ordered online. Which said my order would be ready in 16-21 minutes. I showed up after 20 minutes. Now I’ve been here another 25 minutes. If I had 40 minutes I wouldn’t be ordering take out. I would be sitting at a restaurant. Ridiculous. I won’t be back… I FINALLY got the food and the fries are mush with no salt… terrible

So I went to Wingstop my food is fine, The real issue is the manager it was embarrassing seen her yell and being in an employee space the way she was. I’m currently a manager at a fast food restaurant myself and to see that was disgusting.

I did a online order said 16-20 minutes I went in store after 20minutes then I waited another 40 minutes to then be told there were 3 orders still ahead of me when customers that came in after me were getting their orders

I walked in to order wings for the family, The cashier took my order and I sit down to wait for my take out order. I waited 30 minutes and Still no order ready, I went to asked the cashier if my order was almost ready she said that is was cooking, Waited 20 more minutes and asked a employee for a refund on my order for such a long time waiting here and I was told they did not see more order at all on the list. They had me wait 50 minutes here and Did not even start my order they lost in the kitchen, After Asking for my money back they finally decided to make my wings. I waited here for over 1 hour to get my food. The customer service here is very poor and I will take my business elsewhere to avoid the headache and Inconvenience of eating at this awful service Wingstop location.

I wish employee would have told us the wait would be 25 minutes. She told us after we had already ordered. Next time we will ask how long is it till our food comes. I ordered Louisiana Rub, just a little kick, not too spicy. Just right. The French fries were good!

Came here for a order that was placed. I gave the young man (cashier) the name of the order. And said it will be coming up. He had me waiting 20 min when the order was just sitting there. This older white lady came to the front and I gave her the name of the order for the third time, she grabbed the bag and hands it to me. I call and try to speak to the manager. Just so that she can speak to her employees to be more careful but in stead she placed me on hold for 10 more min. I assumed she will not get to the phone again. So I hang up call them up again and asks for names and Corp number but no one there knew names of no one or numbers. If manager was more professional she could of said give me your number and I will call you back or I could of call her when she was available. But she careless shame on her.

Have to wait 30 min for two orders of wings which I don’t mind if it’s actually being cooked, but instead the 3 workers are holding hands and wrestling in the kitchen. Yelling, laughing, singing so loud people outside the door could probably hear it too. So unprofessional. Masks down on their chin not even worn properly, no gloves worn. Just disgusting. Worst experience by far the 3 kids that were working tonight should be disciplined how embarrassing, and I bet the owner has no idea this is going on. People were walking in the door waiting to place an order and the girl that’s supposed to be at the register clearly sees them walk in and is instead spending 5 minutes finishing her LOUD non work related conversation with her co workers. Not even a “one moment I’ll be right with you. ” Just flat out terrible service. Immature kids who have no manners.

The worst place to order ever. Place the order and was told to wait 30 min for it to be ready, even expensive restaurants don't make you wait 30 min for food to be ready. And this fast food make you wait as if their wings were special and made from scratch. Never again.

For being one of the few west valley establishments still requiring masks and no dine-in seating, being told to “come back in an hour” after my order was ready seemed a little rude considering it’s only around 108 degrees outside as I’m writing this.

In line with other reviews, staff here are certainly lacking in customer service skills and walk-in waits are back of the line due to untold numbers of online orders ahead of you.

Disappointed as this was my first and probably last experience at a Wing Stop.

Man When I Get A Craving Fof That Home Cooked Taste, this My Go to. Back home In Michigan It Use To Be BWs But No Can Go wrong With One Stop At Wing Stop. I recommend Bayou BBQ

Normally, my experience isn’t that bad. I checked-in and my food was ready. I paid and checked my order but the seasoned fries didn’t look seasoned. I waited for my Wife to be done next door and have her check them. She decided to try them and said that they were definitely NOT seasoned. We were still in the parking lot, I went back inside and told them. They stared at me like I was making a crazy request. I took out the fries and said you can seasoned these, I don’t care. The cook, I assume, said he would make me a new order. I stood there for at least 10 minutes and decided to wait outside. The short female cashier came outside and said “I need those fries back to give you these. ” I told them we tried the fries and she wanted them back! This has to be a food safety violation, considering all the covid guidelines. Hopefully, they don’t add the fries to another customer’s order that may complain. Narrow-minded employees can be dangerous.

*I won’t be changing my rating or returning.

Walked in to order a 10pc meal that’s it. Guy behind the counter said it would be an hour wait because they had priority orders in front of me. I have been to plenty of Wingstops that are super busy and was never turned down for walk in service or told it would take an hour for 10 pc wing combo. Will not be visiting this location again. What a waste of time to drive down there.

I pick up from this establishment as a doordasher. I am often waiting 30 minutes (or longer) PASSED the pick up time. They need to hire more workers to put on the line. I'm not the only one. You'll have multiple dasher and individual customers sitting outside waiting for their food for a very long period of time

Typically have a great experience here. Tonight (4-25-21) was a pretty bad experience. Order food online, 50 minutes later it still was not ready. I asked how long and the older Hispanic male cook seemed frustrated that I was asking for order or a refund. Few minutes later finally got my order. Got home, wings were cold, flavorless and dry. Fries were soggy and greasy.

Girl cashier was amazing. Rest of staff were in the back office while there were several receipts which I'm guessing were pending orders to be made.

Will give a better rating once food service is better. Recommend evaluating certain staff members.

Food was horrible, they mixed dry wings with wet wings. Then when I called they Lied to me and said they would refund my money and give me another meal. I went and got the other meal which was also wrong then they still charged me. Currently fighting the charge. I highly recommend you go somewhere else.
