Place was empty, I saw people making "to-go" orders only, we also decided to do the same as they don't sell beer.

So after getting home from a long as hell day at the office, all we wanted was some chicken wings. We placed an order through UberEats, and watched as driver after driver cancelled. I kept calling the restaurant to find out what is going on, and the phone would ring once and just go to an automated voicemail. Lo and behold, a driver shows up at the restaurant and is told that someone else? Came and grabbed our food. And the best part is that this isn’t the first time that this has happened with food being stolen or switched up. The restaurant refused to replace the order, so we ended up having to order from a different WingStop location.

Personally, the girls always serve me very well and they even recommended a different flavor, it's worth going

Had no sauce at all in my wings, literally ordered 10-15 minutes before pickup and the lady tried saying it's cause the sauce soaked to the bottom because of how long they was sitting.

I always order from this place and I’ve always gotten great service but today was just terrible. The wings where cold and dry with no sauce. The fries where cold and hard. Worst food I’ve had.

The girl at the register said they did not have restrooms for customers only employees. I assumed that with having $90 ticket, I would have been able to guess not.

2.5 if I could. They tossed everything in one bag. Fries were spilled sideways. Wings melted styrofoam and were so stuffed they barley closed. Barely any sauce on the mild wings more like plain with some flavor. I’m surprised this location has better rating than Bethany home

We ordered wings last night from here and they were horrible! The wings had such a weird taste to them. I'm not sure if it was old oil, but they were way over cooked and they were still flying with all the feathers that were on them. The fries weren't even good. We never have left over fries and we had so many left over wings and fries to just throw in the trash. I will not be ordering wings from wing stop again. They have went way downhill.

In this place, whenever I arrive after 11: 30 pm, they no longer serve you. I think that the consumer should be respected. Change the customer service hours until 11: 30 pm and thus we avoid the hard time of arriving at the site and not being attended to. Very bad service and lack of consumer, you ask for wings with bone and they give it to you without bones as I understand it is easier for them to prepare.
