Downloaded wingstop app for no reason. Will not take credit card orders at this location. I guess they keep on letting the criminals win. I see losing good business dont matter to this place.

The cashier and her team hustle while being polite and attentive. It was impressive. That makes any food tast better.

The service was lousy, we were humiliated and treated with indifference by the host Kara or something like that was her name, I still remember her gestures and faces just because my husband had his work clothes still

I just got home with my order and my wings are cold we just reheated them in the air fryer but y’all really had me waiting there for “fresh” fries for 40 minute and gave me cold wings and cold fries. My order number is 20412893970399237. Like never had a bad order with you guys but this was disappointing.

My husband and I went in this weekend to get some wings and Jen was such a sweet heart, she attended to us professionally and came to our table to ask us if we wanted refills, she gave us great service and made sure everything was good thank you for the attention she gave to us she deserves some recognition not too many people give customer service and she went above and beyond, thank you JEN

We got great food and Jen did a great job. Jenn came by later to check if we wanted a refill and ask if everything was fine and offered us a bag when were done. She has a calm and confident demeanor. She honestly deserves a raise. The positive atmosphere that this beautiful woman brought is inspiring and its something fresh. We need more kindness and she showed us that with no effort at all. Thank you Jen for such a wonderful experience.

Horrible service we try to place a 100 wing order multiple times but they don't answer the phone not every one uses the app so therefore went to another wing stop

Worst location. I called 3 times and they put me on hold for all 3 calls and then hung up on me. Then my husband called and they had him waiting for 30 min. I went to the store to order cause I figured they must be really busy, only to see 5 staff members NOT BUSY AT ALL and when they finally took my order it was with no customer service at all. I dont know why I gave this place another chance, it was my fault for trying again here.

Jenn had an amazing customer service up front! We live in Goodyear but always make the drive because this location always has the best food from all other locations and the customer service is outstanding! Thank you Jenn again!

Literally always clean every time I eat in there with my family. Front cashier with cute bun that’s always so sweet to everyone that comes in is an angel. Always telling everyone to be safe and just super courteous. I witnessed her help a young girl under 10 outside carry a bunch of food to her car. She goes above and beyond, her name is JENNIFER. She always tries to help customers and gets doors for them as well.

Just ordered & waited about 15 minutes but fries were not hot & chicken wings were lukewarm. The lady took my order was cool but the other 3 employees were just talking and getting out all the call in orders. To wait 15 min at least serve hot food. Those are the fries I was served. Yuck!

DONT ORDER HERE! They got my whole order wrong it’s simple steps when you order online they gave me the wrong flavored wings the wrong drink and didn’t even give me fries I wouldn’t even be that mad if one thing was right smh would not recommend ordering here

Called 4times. Each time she answered she would put me on hold.which was okay, cuz I'm thinking they must be busy.right.while being on hold for about 8minutes the call would disconnect leaving me to have to call back each time. So I drive over (still on hold) Get there and I stand there for 2-3mins (still on hold) not once did she look over to the front nor take my order. She wasn't the only person there, 5 staff people in the back and she was staring at receipts. Nobody else was in line when I walked in.yes people were waiting for their order but it wasn't no mad house.unprofessional

I love this place. The atmosphere the friendly workers. It feels comfortable like your at a friend's or family members house just relaxing enjoying the food n the games and the company. I like it.

Ordered 18 wings only got 16 with barely any sauce on them went inside to ask for more sauce for my wings. Short guy with glasses is rude about it and charges me extra for the sauce. Did not want to argue with him so just paid for the sauce. That manager was rude.

When I got there the guy in the front taking orders seemed stressed he said he was by himself. I understand the stress so I waited patiently. But once I got home with my order wings are undercooked and fries too brown. I couldn’t eat it. Won’t be ordering from here again. What a waste of money for food to go in the trash, big disappointment.
