Completely wrong order multiple times. Plus the food has been disgusting. No seasoned fries or fully cooked wings.

On Friday (this past Friday) I picked up an order my husband placed online and there were some mistakes. They charged us for an all drum charge, yet we didn’t get any drums. We requested we get our wings drowning in sauce and we even got charged extra for this, yet our wings barely had any sauce on them.

I had ordered online through doordash and when my order arrived half of it was wrong & the food seemed over cooked when I called the store to see if I could bring it back to get fixed they told me they couldn’t fix it and I had to go through door dash but once I called doordash I got the run around so unfortunately we weren’t able to eat our dinner & had to go to another restaurant for dinner which was sad my son had really high hopes for wingstop and unfortunately it was terrible

Get better service with a customer service attitude not hip hop store its food service treat customers w respect don't call them dog!

Great food. However, keep getting my order wrong when they make my food at the Grant location. Been happening since a year ago!

The food was absolutely great! We've been to quite a few different Wingstop locations, and this has had the best food. Be warned, the French fries servings are huge! Great staff, loved the lady there, she may have been the manager, shame on me for not asking. The ONE thing that it lacked was a changing table in the bathroom for my little one, but that nice lady was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

This place continuously, & without fail, nails my orders with the seasoning & requested longer cook time. The staff is always friendly & they take pride with their establishment! Never disappointed!

This place has slowly gone down hill. The orders are never correct and now you have to count your chicken wings to make sure they gave you the correct amount. Horrible.

My order wasn't really good quality but when I called back to tell them about it they where very respectful and understanding of the situation I didn't want any refund or anything free just to let them know about the quality and the manager still gave me a free meal for another day

I have never been to wing stop before. The Hawaiian wings were thickly coated with sauce which tasted amazing. We tried lemon pepper. Because their a dry rub I thought they would have a dry taste. They were delicious and very moist. They were also a good size with a good amount of meat. The fries are fresh with tons of seasonings. We will definitely be back.

Customer service absolutely sucks! Girl on the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude!
