Wireless Toyz, Mesa AZ

My son's always cracking his screen to his phone and has me take it here for them to fix. I've only dealt with one guy that's always there and he does a great job. He changes it out quick. He's always nice and friendly, great customer service. I also go to pay my husbands phone bill here. They have chairs and a t.v. There so if customers come in the wait is just a little longer, but not much. No complaints here, this place is great!

I went in today to sign up my two kids with Metropcs. Luis greeted me right away, answered all my questions, and made sure the phones were operational before sending me home with them. I was worried about this whole process but it was super easy. Thank you Luis!

5 days ago I go and ask for a quality iPhone charger and pay 30 bucks. This morning I go to unplug it and the silver end breaks off inside it (had to use tweezers to get it out) so I take it back receipt in hand that says accessories returnable up to 30 days. Dude trys to charge me another 15 bucks to replace it. Cheap quality products and shady return policies. BUYER BEWARE

Erik is a super solid guy. Cricket wireless gave me the worst cellular experience butttt Erik knew his stuff and got me a dope phone with a great plan

Not real happy with the quality of their products. Didn't have the screen protector a month before it fell off. Back to the internet and Amazon.
