Professional, courteous drivers. Will wait for you if you are not on time bringing your receptacle to the curb.

I wish you would do recycling its such a shame to put all that good stuff in the landfill.

My only complaint is the schedule changed. They come around 7am. We can't leave our can out because of javalinas so we have to get it out early. Used to be around 10am.otherwise, great service.

Always close to exact pick up time weekly some times does not compact trash and it falls out just down road that i feel obligated to pick up

WM is very good in the communications area. Its drivers are courteous and leave my trash dumpster area in good order. If there's a holiday delay regarding my usual pickup day I'm always informed ahead of time.

I find them consistent and reliable. I find our driver courteous and someone who looks after our neighbors.

The driver is very professional and kind. He is not lazy at all. So if he sees debris fall out of the garbage, he make sure the site is clean. The only thing I wish waste management would do is every season, they would swap out garbage cans, so we don’t have such a nasty can after years of having the same can. Otherwise everything else, customer service, auto payment, time of service, being on time, and the company as a whole for our area, south eastern Arizona is wonderful.
