"Love my home, and awesome employees at our leasing office. Great living experience so far, lived here almost 1 year now. I'm glad I choose to move here. "

I lived in woodcrest for two years and overall had a great experience. The apartments are nice and spacious with internet that is very speedy. Whenever I had a problem with anything, the front desk always answered the phone within the first few rings and were able to help me out. Maintenance was always over within a day or two to fix anything that wasn't right. Ida, who is the manager, is one of the nicest people I know and helped me so many times with different things. The property was consistently clean and I never had any difficulties parking.

I really love living at this location for many reasons, such as the leasing staff being very cordial and super nice/helpful, but also the maintenance crew is prompt, courteous and diligent with their work. Woodcrest's locality is essential to today's busy schedule because it is conveniently placed next to Walmart, Bashas, Home Depot, gas stations, restaurants both fast food as well as dining. It also has other stores nearby like UPS, Staples and the Arizona Central Credit Union, which I use for educational purposes. As if I could not boast more concerning its whereabouts, I love the fact that I am less than a mile from the School of Forestry at NAU, which is where I am finishing my degree and the clutter of the busy streets does not feel so prominent here. Which leads to nice quiet and quaint days/nights for studying or relaxing with my family on winter nights next to the fireplace watching movies. I also have the option for an amazing exercise on the urban bike/walk trail, as the trail entrance is literally across the street, and it is great to relieve stress to let those family days/nights be a little more comforting with the release of endorphins.

Terrible and over priced apartments. 8am-10pm gym “access” doesn’t exist. Given fobs don’t work.

Woodcrest is such a cute complex within Flagstaff, Arizona! I lived here my sophomore-senior year at NAU and it’s just a perfect location in relation to the bus and a mile walk to campus. My main complaints regards how the office stopped taking packages when covid hit and every package had to be picked up at the post office even though the front office should take them or they should at least try to deliver to the front door. Our unit was very old and in rough shape but i’m assuming they’re doing tons of renovations to their old units so that’s nothing to worry about as a future resident. I would recommended this place to anyone with the warning of never receiving big packages. I really did love living at woodcrest and it’s a beautiful complex.

Never fixed anything, rarely had working water and heat, amenities always had issues, took package acceptance away forcing us to drive across town to pick up our packages. We complained about our broken stairs for 2 years then finally they were replaced with cheap wood that they put in crooked and unevenly spaced and they rock when you step on them, the half steps of rock and cement were better. Plus rent is insane for the fact they can't even fix the water pressure or really anything. Moved to the east side of town, now we pay half of what they want and we get a town home, air-conditioning, packages, a pool, dog park. It's not worth it at all over there

Woodcrest Apartments were the only property in Flagstaff that met all the requirements I had. I wanted a full size washer and dryer in my apartment, I wanted a fireplace, and I wanted it to feel more like a home than an apartment. My Cherry unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with walk-in closets, a large patio, and it's a 2 story with the loft, walk-in closet, and bathroom upstairs. I love that it has all the appliances already, and it is so large! Tim is so amazing, he helped me with the heater when it started snowing, and I am so grateful. I highly recommend Woodcrest for any students because it is so close to campus.:)

I really enjoyed living here until January. We've had a month and a half of utility issues. In January there were extended periods where we were all without internet, heat and hot water. The exterior lights are still not working (a HUGE safety issue since the doorway to your apartment comlex and stairs are very easy areas for someone to fall or get attacked) and it's related to the January issue. I don't think that it's worth paying so much to live in a facility where the apartment complex takes over a month and a half to fix utility issues. Overall, it was a great place to live even if it's a bit pricey, but now I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone.

I pay well over a grand for the following problems:
-Family room and bedroom dont have lights, you have to pay to get them installed.
-You have to pay for WiFi (wifi problems are frequent, if you want a different company you still have to pay for the other wifi).
-Landscaping is terrible. Woodcrest thought It would be a good idea to have big ugly rocks everywhere.
-I have frequent problems with my dishwasher. We wash everything by hand and it's been two years.
-Vents in their apartments haven't been cleaned for who knows how long. Open a vent tell me what you see.
-Water/Heat problems during winter are frequent and they can stay off for a 48 hour period.
Overall, my perception is that this place will ensure they have all the money they can. (This is an opinion of course)

Me and my boyfriend have lived at Woodcrest for almost a year and honestly three stars is all I can give it. When we decided to live here, we thought the price was great for including utilities except for electric. But for the price, I don’t believe living here was worth it.
For the past 10 months we haven’t had hot water on most days but just sucked it up and took cold showers because we’re so busy. The lights in the parking lot are always out and don’t get replaced for months and as a girl walking home at night it was extremely uncomfortable. The furnace barely works in our apartment and is always cold no matter how high you turn up the dial. And finally, when we first moved in we checked out our apartment and the few things that we had asked to get fixed (closet door, TONS of pet hair painted into the apartment, and the weather stripping) only the weather stripping got fixed and we didn’t hear a thing about it for the rest of our time here.
With all of that, I will say that the front desk ladies are very nice and the one time we did put in a work order about our water she called us immediately and said it would be fixed (still isn’t). However, I don’t think the price you pay for a 500 square foot apartment at Woodcrest is worth it. Hope this helps some people with spring not far ahead of us.

During application Lamont and Kyra were very helpful with all of my questions. The staff was very professional and quick to get back to me. It was quite a lot of forms to fill out and some were confusing. But overall a great experience.

I have really enjoyed my experience at Woodcrest so far! The ladies in the office are always super friendly and helpful, and I especially appreciate the maintenance techs working so hard to stack sandbags and keep everyone safe during this crazy monsoon season.

Olivia at the front desk is very friendly. She is quick to respond and was very helpful. I feel the overall experience was I was well taken care of. The apartment itself was comfy. Needs a few upgrades on closet doors but overall is a nice place.
