Woodlands Village Apartments, Flagstaff AZ

I lived at this apartment complex beginning in January of 2020. While I enjoyed living there generally and liked my apartment, the administration is incredibly unhelpful and unresponsive. I moved in via a lease takeover and the process was extremely hectic and I had to jump through many many loops before I even signed a lease. They also require that each tenant has renters insurance and they even provide a company that they work with to provide a quick and easy way to become insured. I didnt think much of it at the time but now 4 months after I moved out, I am still struggling to cancel my policy. The company that they work with is completely unresponsive and even though Woodlands works with this company they provide zero assistance in cancelling. After months of pestering, my mother finally called them and the lady that she talked to at Woodlands informed her that my policy had been filled in to end in 2099! This is absolutely ridiculous and a scam. I will deter people from moving here from now on.

I love living here! The staff is always so friendly and helpful for anything that you need. They also host community events frequently to keep the residents connected and happy. The apartment itself has great amanities and hangout spots.great place to live I wouldn't go anywhere else in flagstaff.

Wonderful staff and wonderful floor plans! The office is always welcoming and happy to help me when I walk in. Maintenance takes care of work orders very quickly as well. I have loved my stay here so far and definitely recommend renting here.

Love Woodlands! Super close to campus and grocery stores. Biggest plus is the free parking and it is free to your guests too without towing!

Woodlands village is a great place to live! Very friendly staff and comfortable appartments, the clubhouse is awesome and the free NFL ticket is a huge bonus! Highly recommend this complex!

I don't actually live here, but I come here every Sunday to watch football in the clubhouse with my friends who do live here. Karen is super welcoming. With her, the open atmosphere, and free food and drinks that are often provided, the staff here has created an excellent community that I look forward to being a part of every week.

Moving to Flagstaff I had no idea where I would end up and I'm glad to say I ended up living at Woodland Village Apartments! They sincerely care about their residents and figure our a way to make situations work in your benefit. They have had awesome events since I lived here like Pizza War Night, Taco War night, BBQ Night and best part it is all free food! (: Please consider Woodlands Village Apartments you won't regret it!

Maintenance is on top of repairs all of the time. Free NFL football on Sundays is always great! I think the recommended internet should be Suddenlink rather than Centurylink. Office staff is always ready to help with any question/concern you have.

Absolutely fantastic crew, employees, maintenance, and location. Five to ten minute walk from campus, and a wonderful group of employees that treat you like a close friend. Also, there is sometimes free food in the clubhouse.

Woodlands offers a wonderful living atmosphere. The staff are friendly and are always willing to help. The amenities provided are great and are well taken care of. The complex is a short walking distance to campus. Overall, Woodlands is a great place to live!

When we we're looking for apartments and came across woodland i knew we would be living here, i also really enjoy they have popcorn in club house and candy in office, all the staff is always friendly.come and check the place out!

Honestly, I love it. I know people often complain about price, but we looked everywhere, and for the amenities, the sense of community, the great staff, and the location - it really is worth it. I haven't had any complaints after living here the last couple months. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

The staff is very friendly and is always willing and happy to help. If you have any problems whatsoever you can just ask and they will do their best to help you. I had a leak in my bathroom and contacted them and they immediately sent the maintenance crew to come fix the problem. The CARES team is fantastic and is always putting on events for the residents and is very helpful and caring. Excellent complex, I highly recommend living here

Woodlands has been an awesome experience for me since moving to Flagstaff. The staff is very personable and does a fantastic job to work with you regardless of the issue, and they always find a way. Highly recommend for anybody, who's living on their own for their first time. Thank you to Karen, Jamie, and Kaylee! You ladies are awesome.

It is a clean and safe enviroment. The staff are helpful if you encounter any problems, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. You can have pets but first you must contact their office to sign a contract. Pros are: clean, safe, friendly, relaxing, near bus that takes you to NAU. Cons: need to go to the laundry room to wash clothes. Gym can be small.

Woodlands village is the perfect place to live! It's a small quiet community that has an amazing staff on hand to help, always. I literally don't know where I would be without them. Very welcoming, very friendly, very homely, thanks WV!

Overall an awesome apartment complex! The staff is great and are always willing to help you, and the maintenance crew fixes any problem right away. Super close to campus and just about everything. Love this place!
