Wow! Customer service here is OUTSTANDING! AJ, Maddie, and Emily went WAY above and beyond to help me find a robe I saw during an earlier visit. They were AMAZING! The store is well stocked and clean. The staff is super helpful and friendly. This made for a great shopping experience!

I really love this store but was told today that they do not accept visas/gift cards. Considering how much I bought will think twice. I think they should get systems like other stores that accept gift cards. It's an inconvenience to the customer.

Good discounts when you order online for curbside pickup. Sometimes it's much cheaper than shopping in the store, although they miss out on impulse buys that way. Maybe they should rethink that policy.

This store seems to have issues with minorities (as other reviewers have pointed out elsewhere). My wife works at a restaurant in the area. She arrived for work early yesterday and decided to stop in to kill time. As she reached the clearance section, a tall, thin woman began following her around the store. She never asked if my wife needed help, just took it upon herself to follow her around. Obviously, this made my wife incredibly uncomfortable. I've already contacted corporate about the situation and hope that the manager will do the right thing and contact me back.

This shouldn't be happening in 2021, but I'm also not very surprised that it did. I will never do business with this company again.
