Great family vacation resort. Currently the pool is closed. Beautiful location. They are currently struggling with getting enough staff. Always have a great time when I'm there

I have not stayed here. I park and wander around the neighborhood, walking my two dachshunds. This area is beautifully cared for and very relaxing. Wonderful facility to relax.

This is an amazing place. The condo had a food truck and band over the Labor Day weekend. We ride side by sides and road right out to trails. Our side by side is licensed in Arizona. We saw lots of wildlife. The countryside was beautiful, pinetrees, ferns and great weather.

Beautiful place so relaxing and so many things to do. When making reservations threw a booking site if you have special needs (first floor room or any other needs) call them directly after you book. They do not receive special notes from those booking sites. We needed a first floor accommodations and had said so on our booking site, however when we got here they had not been able to see the special needs we had indicated, but the front desk staff was so kind and helped us with our concerns and we were able to get the accommodations we needed.

Didn’t stay there. Wanted to see where it was. Looks nice, has everything, location is far from town. If you want seclusion, this is the place! Restaurant on site. Good facilities & super friendly staff!

Not a lot to do around here However we enjoyed the cool August weather as a welcome relief from the 100s plus in the Pfoenix area. Had the windows open all week and just kicked back. Rooms are very nice and there is a small fishing pond for the kids. The Wild Woman saloon is on site and a business to enjoy many flavors of craft beers. There are also some other business on site. Agreat place to spend a week doing nothing but relaxing.

Beautiful, spacious suites, nice amenities, shops and a restaurant on the grounds, and plenty of dining options in Heber-Overgaard.

A delightful resort that had me thinking I was on the set for the movie Blazing Saddles. There are tons of things to do: a game room with air hockey, pool tables and ping pong; fishing in a pond on the property; several shops and the inimitable Wild Women Saloon. Cool temperatures in the summer, close to snow skiing in the winter. I highly recommend a stay here.

This entire place I believe is a scam. We tried multiple travel sites as well as contacting all the individual timeshare owners for availability over the July 4th 2023 weekend. All these places showed availability yet when we tried to book, we’d wait 24 hrs then get a canceled reservation email. No one is answering phones or responding. We really wanted to stay there so was hoping to book but due to scam we lost out on any available places that weekend. We’re now scrambling. Bummer as it looked super quaint.

Nice quite place. 2 bedroom condo was nice clean and fully appointed. Staff is very helpful and friendly. If you don't want Phx heat, this is the place.

My husband and I spent a week at the Bison Ranch Worldmark in Overgaard. We booked an exchange week thru our timeshare. We were celebrating my birthday.
Our stay at the Bison Ranch was 5 star all around. We had a two bedroom unit. It was so nice! Everything was newly remodeled, clean, spacious, great layout, fireplace, washer and dryer. Everything worked great. We had zero issues with anything in our unit. We enjoyed the front and back patio and used the bbq grill a lot! All the amenities included at the community room on property were great.
The very best part of our stay was how great the staff was! Everyone we met that was employed at this location were the best! Friendly and helpful with any question we had.
We absolutely would love to stay here again! Five star!

Love this quaint resort. Fireplace in every room! Full kitchen and laundry in suites. Friendly staff! Highly recommended Bison Ranch!

I absolutely can't say more good things about our experience here. It truly was one to remember. I love that it wasn't to far from Show Low about 30 min and that you have amazing views. The staff is what makes this place amazing, they truly are sooo sweet. Cute game room and a dress up area. We will be back!

Had so much fun.did the escape room, loved it, the whole family loved the game room.food at the wild saloon was delicious.only down fall everything closes at 9 but the 2 gas stations.abs closet real store is about 40 minutes away.other then that it was a great stay.

We had honeymoon 10 years ago here and always wanted to come back. Our room was decorated and our name was on the monitor in the lobby. The place has been updated and the rooms were so nice. The town doesn't have a lot but, we found some good local food. We explored a lot and loved coming back every night to a nice warm room. Definitely will come back again. We want to try in the summer and see the difference from the fall.
