Beautiful recently remodeled rooms. Very quiet property with a friendly and receptive staff who do their best to make sure your stay is a good one.

The room was just ok. Half roll toilet paper for 2 night stay. Fridge was noisy. Neighbors arrived at 12: 30 in the morning and were loud till 2: 00.

Conveniently located near freeways for easy commute, major shopping, great restaurants, and a grocery store in walking distance, this charming studio suite with a king bed was the perfect New Years escape.

The one in South Mountain is much better. I could hear the neighbors in the next room even when they were whispering. Extremely noisy place

On vacation, slept so well with all those pillows! First time at this timeshare, it was beautiful? !

We have a 1 bedroom penthouse on first floor with wonderful bathroom, ping pong table and great kitchen.

It's a World mark, pretty incredibly as usual though this is a much nicer property than some.

As a Worldmark owner, this was BY FAR the nicest resort of theirs I've ever been to! The room was a 2 bedroom (possibly a suite cuz I'm not sure all the 2 bedrooms are this nice). It had a huge, fancy master bathroom and deep bathtub plus a huge shower. There was a ping pong table in the living room, with 2 color LED-lit fireplaces. Great back patio overlooking a golf course. Huge kitchen island, and a Bose stereo with Bluetooth that projects loudly throughout the condo.

I reserved one of the clean, spacious, modern 1 bedroom suites with a fantastic lanai/patio. Lighting in bathroom was rough to see and walls are thin (could hear neighbors entire night time routine; bath, then shower at well past 10: 30pm- reason for "4" rating). Otherwise this is a fantastic property, with a gorgeous pool and other fun amenities.

The location is great and is located by many restaurants, shopping, and there are several golf courses nearby. A mile away from the freeway makes it easy to travel to and from to. Customer service is great as well.

Overall a great experience. Food is good but would recommend eating off site for cost reasons. Great & friendly experience

Some safety precautions s like there is a fireplace but the resort turns it off for safety and a fire pit that Is also turned off so might ruined dinner or warmth ideas for guests but in total pretty good hotel.

This resort is excellently located to allow you to conveniently visit several casinos (if that is your thing), the aquarium and butterfly sanctuary, and shopping for those steaks, chicken and seafood you'll grill in the beautiful common areas provided. My only dimmed experience was an interaction with an employee at the concierge desk (not the front desk) who seemed to be offended when I asked for coffee because that wasn't her job. But, hey, these days everyones hiring whoever applies for a job. Besides that, this will be my stay of choice for every return as long as there is a vacancy.

Very clean and enjoyable, the service was great and quick, new rooms are spacious, would 10/10 recommend.
