Go in for a pair of work shoes, and notice a worker standing up front zoning out the door. No acknowledgement whatsoever which I'm cool with. I take maybe ten minutes to select a pair of shoes for work, and make my way up to the front where I stand there for five minutes with the same dude just zoned out. I finally get annoyed enough to ask is there anyone coming to ring me up, and his response is "should be". After another few minutes a girl walks up acting annoyed that she has to work, and finally rang me up. Like damn do you really gota b rude it's your job. Will definitely not be going back.

Not that often but after coming here for like a few years was kind of hoping to expect more. Got myself some sneakers for a birthday present for myself because I had no nice sneakers. Not even a month later my Vans logo fell off. So I am extremely disappointed that because it's two days after my 30 days they can't help me

Make sure you watch when they ring you up, they tried to overcharge me, I told the girl the item was on sale from the discount rack, she pealed off the price tag and said "somebody must've stuck it on there", i grabbed the other pair and she said "oh these are the same price, ok", like I guess she doesn't understand how it works on the discount rack, I had to explain it's a lowered price so the price tag that's lower is usually the sale price, duh!

If your shoes are important take your business elsewhere. Not to say they don't have deals or some cool stuff but in my opinion they are not a store who deserves the business of the blue collar working man of the neighborhood they are in.

Angel was my angel today with his patience and kindness. Excellent customer service from all in the store. WSS had just the shoe I was looking for.

Worst customer service ever especially a guy with glasses he insult me cause by mistake I took t shirt was not on sale on the rack supposed only t shirts on sale he was so rude and the guard as well

Absolutely horrible customer service some female worker named raychelle or something like that was beyond rude don't waste your time here

It is a store where there is no respect for the customer, it sells shoes with a manufacturing defect and the manager rudely does not assume responsibility and simply behaves rudely, does not change the merchandise, making absurd excuses, such a person without education or principles should not be made, the customer deserves respect, I do not recommend this place

I was doing some back to school shopping on Saturday night. WSS was crowded. The line was real long. The 2 cashiers were very fast. I haven’t seen such fast service in a long time as everyone these days seems to be unbelievably slow. Great job!

Very rude door clerk or what ever he is.no customer service at all. I Will never shop here again. Called store right after visit to speak to a manager but was just on hold for awhile never got thru. Take your business elsewhere

THEY MADE ME LOSE 40 MINUTES AS I HAD A 50% DISCOUNT THAT THOSE WHO HAD THE WHITE PAPER RECORDED, THE BOY WHO WORKS THERE, I CONFIRM, CAME TO THE CASHIER AND 10 DOLLARS MORE PER PAIR. THEN IT WAS NOT 50% PURE LIES I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO ARRIVE.

You don't have to wait on anyone to run in the back to see if they have your size everything's out in front of you

I don't even want to rate this at a one but it has you rate regardless. This store was the worst customer service I've had in a very very long time as I did today. The door clerk was so rude, literally yelling at the back of there store the sizes they had for my BF. The two at the register were to busy talking, the cop was the one who was worried about our service or presence. Like so so horrible! I recommend to not shop here! The workers name I believe was Dez, he is a heavy set African American tall guy. He seemed as he was having the worst day.

I order 2 pair of tennis shoes on February 27 they tell me that I have to wait one week for the shoes to arrive to the store today is March 25 and I still don't hear from them.

The prices are too high. You can go in there and spend all your money. I had to deliver groceries to someone who thinks I should lose my job by signing her name. The heifer says everyone else does it. I just bought a nice shiny jeep red jeep. Ironically I just heard a manager talking to a potential new hire and I heard diarrhea coming from his mouth.
