Highly recommend, i felt very welcomed to the point i felt like a family member to the staff and crew members at the shop. They made sure to get my truck and trailer up and running very fast and at a very good affordable price. They are way better then the other shops that i had previously called that was in the in the area. ️️️️️

Great service on my Tiffin Allegro bus. Couple repairs and some basic maintenance. Excellent service and communication.

On 5-15-23 my truck started losing air pressure so a mobile mechanic from Vanguard Truck Center (Phoenix AZ) came out and determined that the Abs brake valve was no good so he replaced it and after replacing I was still losing air so I was informed by mechanic to take it to their shop the next morning. On 5-16-23 I preceded to go to their shop but realized I had no brakes so I called them and their response was the truck would not get looked at for about 3 to 4 days I was appalled so I called W. W. Williams and I was told to bring it in and they would look at it so I called a tow truck and was towed in. I would just like to thank Taylor and the entire staff for going above and beyond to find the problem and fix it with the correct part that was needed which was the Quick release valve instead of the Abs brake valve which was installed incorrectly. I will be using this shop for now on whenever I am in the Phoenix area and I will be recommending this shop to all my Trucker buddies

W. W. Williams in Phoenix deeply impressed me today with their caring, willingness to help, and expertise. I called them with my electrical issue-my turn signal was inoperable. They were able to fit me in to the shop on the same day this morning. They had the whole thing diagnosed, repaired, and they even sealed my electrical harness to prevent the issue from recurring. The team was fast, professional, polite, and efficient. They will be my first call next time I need help. Highly recommended.

These folks rock, I was stranded in a parking lot while on my way to have them do my back brakes on a Skoolie, they came and put in new starter, then did the rear brakes right there
Ivan rocks
If possible I will always call on them

We just bought a very old transit bus and WW Williams were the only ones who could do an oil change for us (2-stroke diesel) and had the oil in stock. We came in, got oil change, chassis lube, and an inspection on our obscure rig. Mechanics, shop manager and sales were very polite, honest and knowledgeable. Thanks to them we can drive safely and confidently. Also, while we waited we got complimentary breakfast that was actually very tasty. Thanks Jim, Taylor, Jayson and others (sorry I cant remember names well)

We brought our truck for an oil change and received a $1200 bill for the job. They charged us $46.38/gal for some shell 10w30 synthetic blend oil and $364.00 for the labor. Total bill ended up being almost $1200. Any reasonable person that has been in the trucking business will understand that a shop charging $47 a gallon for oil and $400 for labor is a scam. Be aware! I will never come back here again.

Checked in today to have a Overhead tuneup on Freightliner Cascadia. Was greeted with a welcome smile. Taylor who I spoke with to setup the appointment called this morning to check if I had dropped off the truck since it possible. The was the beginning of the great customer service I have a received. Looking forward to see how the rest of the communication goes but off to a great start. Thank you for a great first impression!

Called to see if I needed a new engine and was told there was no charge to quote it. Bob showed up for 5 minutes, didn’t even pull the dipstick, literally did not touch a single thing. This was about 3 months ago and he said he would have a quote sent to me. Never heard anything back from anyone at the company. Today got a call saying I owed them $911. They said 4 hours labor plus mileage. My shop is 36 miles from theirs and Bob didn’t even come from the shop and he left my place to go somewhere else so not sure how they’re charging mileage when he’s staying within 10 miles of me before and after my “quote”. If I would have been told about any of the charges ahead of time I would have taken it to their shop. It’s literally a trailer mounted setup! They expect me to pay 4 hours labor for 5 minutes of this guy standing there asking about what I do. I wish my cameras held data for longer and if they would have been in touch I could have pulled up footage of the actual time he was there. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to W. W. Williams. Finished the call today with someone else that guaranteed me a quote within 1 hour since they dropped the ball and never heard anything after that call at 10am. Complete scam and if I could fight the charge any more I most definitely would.
