It takes a lot to disappoint me at a nail salon. I called literally two minutes before I walked in asking the price of a gel manicure and a pedicure. They said $35 for your nails and $30 for your toes when I went to pay the bill, they charged me $45 for my toes. I told him that I spoke to them on the phone and they said that I spoke to the owner which honestly if I spoke to the owner then they should honor that price. They charged me another five dollars to remove the dip that I had on my nails, which if I’m getting another service anyways, I’m not quite sure why there’s a charge for that. The gel color that they originally try to put on my fingers was bubbly and uneven so we took it off and I just left with a clear coat on my nails. Oh, and they broke one of my nails in the process. The employees were nice to talk to you, but I will not be coming back here. There are so many other salons in the area. I would read this review before considering coming here.

Just to summarize, I paid $87.55 essentially for a gel pedicure and a clearcoat on my nails.

Charges for every particular thing. They do not have a standard manicure or pedicure. Just got to get a basic manicure and pedicure is going to cost you $100. Not worth it for the slow service as you will be there ALL DAY.

Also make sure to look at your receipts because they will up charge you without your consent or notice.

Was able to get served right away as walk in here. Unfortunately the gentleman who was trying to do my nails really didn’t know what he was doing. I had done hell that was peeling and he broke my real nail under while filing. Two were then REALLY short, asked him to make them all a little shorter and he left the nails unshaped. After 20 minutes he went to start with the gel when there was a lot of old gel still on my nails.
I asked him just to put clear polish on and left. Talked to a few of my friends afterwards who go there and they said “oh, you got him! ” I wouldn’t Norma leave a beg review for one bad experience but they are aware this gentleman needs more training, yet they let him take on customers. If I want to gamble with my $ I’ll go to a casino. Not a nail salon.

I love this place! They are super pleasant and very clean! Mostly their attention to detail is what I’m so thrilled with! However, the options of services, products and colors is very impressive as well

My nails looked horrible when I came to this place, I decided to take another risk to coming to a new nail salon, and it’s the best risk I took. My nails look 100% better then they did. I will for sure come back to get all my services here.

This place seemed like a great place as my friend had gone n loved her nails.so she went for a fill and I got a new set plus pedi. Started with the pedi guy did a great job no complaints it's was a basic pedi. Next was nails.lady was super nice and friendly until she became annoyed and kept telling me to relax my hand.mind u I'm not new to getting my nails done my hands were relaxed as they were gonna get. I asked for Coffin tip she said ok it's extra but didn't say how much. I wish I had asked because friend treated me and I feel now she was overcharged. She finish started my nails and they looked great except they were square.whatever I wa annoyed by how many times she asked me to relax my hand with slight shake each time I just wanted to leave. By the time I got home I had about 3 nails bubble up. I had to Google y would it do that.anyhow then the next morning my toe bubbled up and peelesld off on a side and one nail broke off.let's just say I will.never go there again.within 1 week I have 4 or 5 fingers/toe bubble up and 4 broken nails. I have never had nails break off so quickly and never had nail polish bubble up.
