Extremely caring staff! They work hard to do whatever is needed from insurance questions to vision tests and prescriptions.

It is a very comfortable experience from start to finish, beginning with the office decor, and the personnel who are very helpful and friendly; Include all the modern technology and Dr.packer is excellent and very willing to discuss your particular situation. I highly recommend that office to anyone seeking some help with their eye issues.

Love their new offices, much more room! And as always the staff and doctor were pleasant and professional. One thing I really do like is how they set future appointment; they call you when it gets near the time for your next appt. Everyone else makes you guess what you’ll be doing on a particular day and time in 6 months to a year!

Except for the lengthyt sign in process of filling in all of the medical information it was a very positive experience. It was a very comprehensive examination, and I was treated very courteously.

I've seen Dr Packer for my eye exam and glasses and he was great. This time I had an ingrown eyelash under the skin of my lower eyelid. I was miserable for over a week. He was able to remove it with tweezers, in minutes. What a relief! He was very gentle and it was painless.

I appreciate the warmth and congeniality of all the folks at Yavapai Eye Care: From Trisha’s friendly reception, to Tech Miranda who took care of some preliminary exams, to Dr. Brad Packer OD, with whom my trust is implicit. And it’s not just my most recent visit, but this is the environment I come into with every visit, and a key reason I will continue going back.

Dr. Parker is an excellent optometrist with a great way of explaining his procedures and a quick wit. I will be recommending him to others who may need his services.

Had a great experience and had a good surgery. Dr. Smedley explained the differences in the lenses and which lense would be best for me. I highly recommend Dr. Smedley and his staff.

Easy to get to and a great set of equipment that eliminates the need for dilation. Pictures of the interior of the eye makes dilation unnecessary in most cases. Pleasant employees and knowledgeable doctors allows a speedy exam and a reasonable fee for the refraction.

Caring, patient with explanations and diagnosis. Optician very easy to work with. Dr Packer is thorough, kind and knowlegable.

Totally awful eye exam. Called for an appointment for eye exam and glasses. Very unfriendly and unhelpful office staff! Refused to follow UnitedHealthcare procedures to get eye glass allowances. I had UHC on the line and they still refused to follow directions! The absolute worst Eyecare experience.

Wonderful place and all the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Doctor Packer was very professional and it was fun to be his patient - great sense of humor. Fixed me right up.
