Not friendly at all, I have been going to Yavapai Steel for over 20 years. Now they have been bought out by a big company. They are rude and almost make you feel like you are a bother. They actually make you stand outside in the freezing cold and rain if you don’t have a mask on. I will Never set foot in Yavapai Steel again. Going to Prescott Steel from now on they are friendly and they want you as a customer.

Everytime I go everyone in the yard is in a bad mood like they hate there life they take forever to load anything very unfriendly I've never got anything loaded in under 20 minutes even if no one else is in front of me

Customer service is excellent and best of all you can't beat their price. Highly recommended and when we purchase or purchasing in the category of 10,000 pounds or more every time.

They got bought out by a big distributor recently.
I have been going here since the day it opened. I no longer feel like family, now I am just another customer. They are also going to bring in lower quality Mexican steel. No thx.

I go to Yavapai Steel on an almost weekly basis for all of my blacksmithing and plasma cutting needs. They have a wide selection of bar stock and sheet metals ranging is sizes from super thin to bigger than you'd really ever need.and they're customer service is also worth noting.
