The appointment was very quick and she was very detailed about everything. I felt very comfortable the whole time.

After reading the reviews I was skeptical but delightedly surprised! The intake person was very helpful and compassionate. She was very patient and ran off documents for me to check and sign. The nurse very thorough and pleasant. The PA, Yisel, was exceptional and very professional, taking the time to answer my questions, and gave me excellent advice. Yisel was very well informed, easing my concerns, and even ordered all the medications needed calling them in very quickly for my expedient pharmacy pick-up. The gal at outtake was very pleasant and efficient and offered to call me for an additional question. Sh made me feel like a valued patient. The overall experience at Estrella Women’s health was wonderful. Thank you for your excellent overall services.

Yisel is very kind and very good at her job. I am happy as her patient. God bless her so that she continues to do a lot for her patients.

Love the Dr and nurses at Estrella Womans Care. Dr Carter is the best! The receptionist are awesome too! Location is nice and always plenty of seating.

The building looks really nice however they could upgrade their pee cups. Peed in a literal paper cup and had to carry it to the examination room. Never had a doctors of any kind just have a paper cup. The staff were all friendly and tho the doc I had scheduled to see was called to a hospital they accommodated me and told me I could see a nurse, then surprise another doc saw me.

Excellent customer service. All employees make you feel welcome they explain everything well for you to understand. They answer all your questions and concerns.
