Ordered online. Food was really good has the rice bowl and sushi. Nice size and portion sushi!

Do not order the salmon bowl. You will only get a small piece with a large bed of rice. Don't waste your money! When I asked for a refund, I was told they cannot issue refunds and to contact management via email. The staff also said several people have complained about the salmon portion in comparison to all other yogis locations yet they contine to rip you off. I'm still waiting on a response regarding my refund. I can see why this location is not very busy.

Absolutely horrible management here. I deliver food and I had a customer who asked to get 1 EXTRA teriyaki sauce. I had already left but I flipped around went back in for the customer. Only to have management tell me since I already left they cant charge the customer in the system. Really? For 1 extra teriyaki sauce. The customer had a Decent size order. Ill personally never eat at this restaurant.

I come here pretty much every single week and I always get the same thing today I went and order Gyozas and when I took a bite of one I noticed it’s tasted burnt I went back into the store to try and get some remade and they told me no there is nothing wrong with them and they are not giving me my money back when I told them I don’t want my money back I want some new ones since these don’t taste right because they are burnt they told me thats how they are made, I informed them how I come here all the time and get the same thing and I can even prove it, they still told me no that I can’t get my money back and they are not remaking my food so other words I was jacked for $20 dollars and got these nasty useless Gyoza I would no be coming back here and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever again at least at this location the people that work there are worthless they will just look at you like you are idiot they need to hire people that actually know how to cook

This was my first time ever going into this establishment. The cashier was friendly and helpful with picking out something similar to what I was looking for. That's why I gave the 2 stars. I ordered beef instead of the chicken. The meat was extremely tuff and tasted burnt and old disgusting. I couldn't and refused to eat it. With that being said I just wasted money there and I will not be returning.

The food is okay overall one person cashier is very rude inside fat white guy with glasses he's the only one that I've ever had a problem with I don't understand how people like him work in customer service unless he's the owner so sad

Called to place an order, the guy told me to go to the website to place an order. Obviously I didn’t want to do that hence why I called and I was not able to place an order online as I have cash. No clue why they couldn’t just take a phone order as the time it took for him to tell me to order online, he could have just taken my one entree order and been done. So now I’ve gotten food elsewhere as I don’t want to drive 15 minutes and wait another 15-20 minutes for food as I am at work on lunch break. I’ve never had this issue with any other Yogis so don’t know what the problem is. But I will say, love Yogis food! Just annoyed with customer service!

Poor service. Supposedly the staff have to audition with customers before they are properly trained.

Staff was nice however I asked for a Chicken Katsu bowl and was greeted with a Arizona bowl. I proceed to tell the staff but I'd have to pay the difference in order to get the food I first ordered. No apology was given nor was I asked for a refund so I left and told the cashier to keep the order, and I left with an empty stomach.

I've only ever had the sushi to-go and it's always so yummy.
Orders are always ready when they're supposed to be and the staff is always so nice.

Found a strain of hair in my food. Gross. But the food was good enough to save it from a one star. This location sucks compared to the one in Goodyear. Do better.

The manager I spoke with had very bad customer service. He refused to provide his name. He was rude and unprofessional. I attempted to ask questions as to what I need to do on my end such as what to do with the roll I was given as it was not the roll I expected to receive and I requested a refund and he provided no solutions. He did not attempt to provide me with any positive outcome and had no knowledge on the process. I am very unsatisfied with this location and will not be returning due to the manager himself.

Yogis is awesome. I love their food. Thats why I frequent Yogis. Not this store ever again. Stand waiting for 10 minutes behind this customer who questioned everything. Instead of opening another reg to take my order, let me walk out. So long.

I'm giving this place three stars because they seem to have an established menu and process and it works. It's not very close to real Japanese food, in particular the tempura is more North Carolina than Tokyo. The rice is actually pretty good, and the sushi rolls hold together and are decent. The teriyaki chicken seemed dry and overcooked, as did the tempura. For essentially a fast food place this is much better than you'd get at Pizza Hut or Burger King, albeit at a much higher price.

Staff is great, the food is awesome & the restaurant is really clean. Prices are good.

Mistakes happen, so the no refund policy is downright greedy from the owner. No accountability.

Food was a smaller portion than normal. Guy didn't tell me I could add a salad when I said I want the biggest plate you got. So I was still hungry after that. The sauce bottle was advertised a dollar cheaper than what we paid. I mentioned it and he said I gotta go to corporate to fix it. I mean two sauce packets @. 50 ea would've solved that. Also they charge for lil cups for sauce which is dumb. Over all I'm going to go to the other location when I'm in town. This location was just a hott mess.
