Yogis Grill, Phoenix AZ

This place has generally been really good but today I found plastic underneath chicken in my katsu bowl. Now I'm wondering was plastic just fried with my chicken that I just ate?

My daughter loves the sushi here, and it’s always easy to go in and order. Never had an issue, food quality is always consistent

Opening at 3pm is mediocre at best for a fast food chain. Just close this location and move on.

I like the beautiful young lady that works the counter she’s always been nice and this location is better then all the others I’ve been to

The older Lady, that works the front is the worse. I got the Teriyaki Chicken. Super Dry, no longer fresh food at this Yogis. The AC was off, and you get whatever they give you. End of story pretty much.

Cashier had a hickey on her neck and acted like they didn't receive my order and I ended up having to wait for them to remake it and I'm pretty sure they had given it to someone else

We ordered the large teriyaki chicken bowl to share. The chicken was well cooked with yummy grilled flavor. Everything was nice and clean in the restaurant. We will definitely be back again to try a different meal.

I don’t understand this restaurant! I always buy here and the only time my sister makes a mistake with food. They wouldn’t allow us to change it. They made us order what we wanted and toss out what they gave us. WTH! I hate the customer service here and it’s ran by greedy people. Done with you guys. Sushi’s place on 35 ave and thunderbird is so much better than you guys.

A lady upfront on 10/13 eve shift was in bad attitudes.
I saw her cursing at customers.

Poor customer service. I order online and I went pick up she asked me the order number. She asked my name a I told her she said it is not your name but it was my name. I think she was foged with street co2.
I told her she need to go reading class since she doesn't know how to read names on order then she start saying goodbye goodbye goodbye goodbye a million times. 10/13/22 at 5: 57.

Great food, but don't be fooled! Just because it says their sign says open till 9: 00 doesn't mean they are. I've learned that the hard way at least three times in the last few months. I won't bother making the trip out here anymore.
