The optometrist was fantastic. The tech doing the Optimap and other tests had difficulty and didn’t notice the printer needing paper, so 3 glaucoma air blow tests — unpleasant.

The main reason for the down grade in stars was the remodel of the store. There is no place to sit in the store waiting for an appointment. And lots of name brand, expensive glasses. The remodel seems to be aimed at ‘young hipsters. ’ Sorry, I’m neither. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve been seeing the same eye doctor at this site for three years and always a pleasant experience. On-time appointments, courteous and efficient staff, very personable doctor- I really dig Dr. Cheung’s vibe!

I have the best and safe service at Eyecare. My eye exams are excellent, very thorough, they really listen to their patients. They have a good selection of glasses too. Love the protection plan too! I highly recommend them!

My eye exam experience was excellent. The office was very busy when I arrived for my appointment, but I was warmly greeted and never felt ignored before actually meeting the doctor. The doctor was very professional and took time to explain the exam and the resulting glasses prescription.

Friendly staff, however, Tammy Nguyen the optician, was absolutely wonderful! She is VERY thorough, explains everything in layman's terms and gave me the best eye exam I have ever had. Totally Awesome!

Absolutely great! The doctor explained everything to me and was attentive to my questions. She didn't even ask what my previous prescription was, she started fresh. She ended up altering my prescription, unbeknownst to her, and now my eyesight with contacts is so much better than before! I had suspected that my previous prescriptions at nationwide chains were 'rush jobs' and I was right. The staff was also great, no hard sell whatsoever.
