I have been using Your Majestic Maid for 9 years and I love everything about them. My price is excellent compared to other companies and the girls are friendly and very professional. My home sparkles and smells so good! They use all natural cleaners which is a huge plus. Highly recommend

This company went above and beyond for my family during our move out cleaning. The girls even assisted with some packing which was not included in my quote. We were very happy with the quality of work and will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend.

After 8 + years I have still not received the quality I had contracted for! It is the ownership NOT the employees. They are on time and do quality work, but they NEVER received a copy of what I was actually paying for. Many requests were made to the management to inform staff so I could actually receive the work I was paying for. But were ignored.

I’ve used Majestic Maids only a couple of times so far, but each time the service has been exceptional. Polite, professional and efficient staff. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

I used this service for a deep clean and agreed to a monthly clean with them. I was home to watch how the service would be and here is the details.
I had 3 ladies here. They spent a total of 50 minutes to clean my 3 bedroom 3 bath home two story. Some areas of cleaning were perfect however, they did not pick up the rugs and clean underneath. The objects on tables, sidet-able etc.did not get moved only dusted around leaving dust marks where they had swiped the towel.

They were leaving and pointed out the dirt and dead bugs surrounding the doors and fortunately they were nice and friendly and took care of that particular item.

I wrote to Lisa stating my disappointments and she was very pleasant and professional. I just received my bill and it was for 270.00 and am so upset! I have a email stating my monthly costs would be 200.00 and I received a bill for 270! She notes on the bill that the 3 girls were at my home from 11: 30 to 1: 30. This is not correct! I was here when they knocked on door and left.this is why I was so upset. They may have been sitting in the car but not at my house working. In addition.if there are 3 ladies cleaning the house you would expect there to be much more of a thorough clean. I found dust bunnies behind a floor mirror. Dog hair on the back of a chair. Dead bugs in window seals.

I am a very grateful woman for having someone clean my home, but I feel as if I was taken advantage of. I so encourage anyone using this company to be home to watch the level of cleaning.its a sweep over not a clean. I typically don't take the time to write a bad review but I am so so upset and the audacity to charge me 270.00 when I have a written email stating 200. This is even with a 10 percent discount Lisa offered because of the disappointment. So the actual bill was 300.00. I may not be so upset if the bill was 200.00 but it was an absolute shock!

VERY INATTENTIVE work. Had to follow crew around and point out missed areas. Gave crew booties to wear as I have new carpet and they walked outside with the booties on and tracked red dirt onto my new carpet. Billed me for 2 hours while they were there ONLY 1.5 hours. Owner REFUSES to RESPOND to contact attempts. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ALL AROUND!

Very professional, friendly, and great quality of work. Hired them for a deep clean everything and more that I expected was done! Definitely recommend for any time of cleaning services. I know that if you are not satisfied with the work they are more than happy to send the cleaning crew back within 24 hours.

I have personally met the boss of this company, an she is a remarkable women an her team of cleaners are outstanding!

I give only two stars because although I didnt use them, on more than one occasion I called about price inquiry and what not and they didnt call me back. This time left a voicemail and gave it 24 hrs as their message says- and left a second message and just asked for return call. Now another 24 hrs and no return call.

I am always amazed by their work and enthusiasm. Each and every single employee there is so excited to do their job and they love it and it shows in their work! Highest quality cleaning company I've ever seen here in the verde valley, very very thorough and precise with the clean. Everything is always so neat, tidy and organized.just simply majestic?
