Yuma History Museum reviews
5Friendly people on donations and sell some neat things for cooler box lunch I bought.
While visited Yuma we learned about this quaint museum. We were able to set a time to take a tour through the receptionist atthe hotel next door.
Our tour guide Yvonne, was absolutely delightful. She told us that her and her husband ran and operated the hotel and the museum. We learned about the pilot, Fowler while we were here and of Yuma history.
The kitchen was my favourite. It was filled with antique appliances, kitchen gadgets and decorations.
Definitely stop by for a visit if you're in the area. Do know that because of COVID they are by appointment only currently
Yvonne Peach was so sweet to let us check out the museum today, really appreciated her time. The museum is full of historic information of the history in Yuma. You have to make an appointment to visit so be sure to call in advance. Afterwards you should go check the Yuma bar and grill and see more photos of Yuma's history while enjoying some food and drinks.
Full of historical information with antiques that are hard to find.
It was interesting. I never knew it existed. We were trying out a brand new camera.
